Raiden was a big fan of Carnival. Excess, gluttony, eat all the things? Yes, big yes, double yes. There were certain cities Alastair would not let Raiden or several of his brothers visit at this time of year, for very good reason. New Orleans was first on the list, but that couldn't stop him from celebrating from afar, now that it was finally Lundi Gras!
