Caritas; Wednesday [09/18].
There were several things wrong with the fact that, when Summer came in that evening for her shift, Tino was ready to go and show off his new pistachio pudding shots, and the fact that he was trying to step in on her territory was only one of them. That was the most annoying of the reasons, but she was honestly not sure what she found more disturbing about the other tidbits. Because she was pretty sure he got that pudding from the pool at the gym (because she was there, as always on Tuesday, no matter what the pings said!), which...gross, but also that if that were true, then that also meant that Tino had been hitting the gym, too, which was potentially grosser.
"I'm going to warn them it's gym pool pudding," she warned him as she started to write up the specials board, and he objected that she had no proof of that.
"Fine, then," she amended, "I'm going to warn them that you made them."
Which he couldn't deny and yet would still serve the original purpose of making sure most people avoided them. Problem solved.

The Stage - 09/18.
Because Tino has been too busy potentially stealing gym pool pudding to clean properly, apparently!
The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
But he recovered quickly enough and then leaned across the bar for the usual kiss hello.
"I'm not eating Tino's pudding. Hi."
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
She sighed a little, shaking her head again, and then hit Stark with a soft, almost apologetic smile for the fact that pool pudding would even be a thing right now.
(Correction: pool pudding from Tino. Let's not get too lofty about pool pudding in general, because to be faiiiir.....)
"So how was your day?"
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"Day was fine," Stark said. "Just the squirrels in the morning and then looking at things for classes. Or trips. Both, maybe."
He hadn't yet come across any destinations that worked for both but there might be some out there!
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
And there was a paranormal tour on Fridays in October!
"And there are just so many food locations. Museums for all sorts of food. Candy and drinks and meats and potatoes..."
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
LeRoy, NY was, alas, not a great vacation destination for Thursdays.
"I found a museum we should go to. Just us. Not for class."
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"Oh, yeah?" Summer asked, grin quirking with intrigue. "What museum is that?"
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"Should I save it for a surprise?" Stark asked.
He was already pulling out his phone to pull up a website.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"I don't know," she said, with a speculative drawl in it. "Should you?"
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"I think it's better if you can prepare for it beforehand," Stark decided. "Otherwise it might be too much."
He held out the phone then, grinning.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Just kidding. It was the booze.
And then he saw the special board and knew what his order was going to be. "Three cherry pies please!"
And now he was going to have the song by Warrant going through his head the rest of the evening.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Especially after he glued two googly eyes to that damn chair yesterday and sent him back into the store.
"I mean, what else can a guy ask for? Pie and booze in one handy serving and good people to hang out with. Can't ask for more than that, am I right?"
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
She then paused, and amended:
"Tino notwithstanding."
Which probably went without saying, but also probably needed to be said, too.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
"Well if you want to name at least the top one complaint to me, I can lend you an ear to yell into," Dean offered. "As long as it's not Tino. After last week I've decided just to ignore him going forward."
He was definitely doing that. Dean wasn't even looking in that direction. Not after the Malort Pie (which admittedly was Dean's own choice) incident and especially with what Tino put on the special's board.

Re: The Bar - 09/18.
But this Wednesday, Summer received a picture of a banged-up van sitting in a parking lot.
this may be the stupidest thing ive ever done
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Also, nothing outrageously interesting or noteworthy had been happening enough to actually bother him with, shut up.
please tell me u adopted a very large dog and have started collectively solving mysteries with the band
What else was she supposed to assume with that pic, right???
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
There was a brief moment as if giving him time to roll his eyes before she additionally texted:
and u were a jedi I'm pretty sure this doesn't even scratch the top five stupidest things you've done
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Or, y'know, he'd been trying to get ahead of whatever mockery Summer was likely to throw his way.
guess at least theres less of a chance of getting shot at.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
and believe me if the fossils my grampa listen to are still going on tour, youll be fine, just make sure theres medical staff in the wings in case you have a heart attack right there in the middle of your third song
Just trying to get ahead of the mockery only gave her more fuel, Atton!
u guys got a tour list? or is this way more crunchy than that and ur just going to go and see who will let you play wherever you go?
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
yeah well thatll happen when u put stuff out there where ppl can actually see it
youll be fine, she added, because she also felt like this conversation might be just a little bit more than JUST keeping her up-to-date and up-to-speed on things. youll probably have a really good time but im looking forward to hearing all about it in a series of complaints and grumbles about everything u hate about it instead
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
hey i am absolutely going to talk about the good things, all right???
Yet mysteriously they never seemed to happen to him. Odd! Inexplicable!
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
So help her, Summer would actually squeeze every little bit of detail about every good thing that happened every chance she got! But this was, you know, the less corny response.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
...
but no
...
look shut up ok i dont want to jinx anything
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
also u should totally invite me to at least one of ur shows like rude much?
somewhere good and not lame, i can literally just show up anywhere so.
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
where do u fall on seattle
Re: The Bar - 09/18.
u know im actually FROM there right?
Well. The Seattle area.
And it being a different dimension didn't at all mean she wouldn't have to be extra-vigilant about avoiding her family. Or at least one particular member of it.
so i guess id at least know some good places to dip to if it DOES end up being pretty lame
