Caritas; Wednesday [11/13].
Tino had brought in a pizza that evening and he asked if Summer wanted some, and Summer wasn't really sure if it was a good sign or something that she should be worried about that when she asked if he'd rinsed it, he said 'no.'
Because remember that? That he rinsed his pizza sometimes?Pepperidge Farm Summer remembered! Randomly! And she was really unsure which was the bigger cry for help: that he'd rinsed it in the first place or that he'd apparently suddenly stopped.
And then she blinked.
Wait. Was that how people felt about her various approaches to jello?
Then she frowned, and firmly decided not to think about any of that too much more any longer, had herself a slice of unrinsed pizza, and a shot of very strong booze.

Re: The Bar - 11/13.
"Hi," he said, blissfully unaware of any pizza nonsense that might occur as he leaned across the bar for a kiss hello.
"Good day so far?"
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
She then started to set out the shots for Stark, which didn't take long with there only being three tonight (look, sometimes, the inspiration just wasn't there), and the other drink that evening was pretty easy, too, and pretty quick to follow.
"How 'bout you?"
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
"Nothing of note today," he said with a shrug. "Maybe I should have baked again?"
But Wednesdays were usually quiet.
"All the drinks sound good tonight."
He went for the apple first. It was cutest.
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
"I'm sort of the opinion that baking is always welcome," Summer said, way too fucking proud of the subtle double-entendre in there, shut up, "but it's fine, I'm not going to expect it every Wednesday. And thanks. Not really as inspired as some of my usual oeuvre, but they're all pretty solid."
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
Stark grinned at her because he had caught that wordplay, actually.
"If you expect it every Wednesday it won't be a surprise when it happens? But I like doing it. I just... didn't, today."
What did he get up to Wednesdays? Cleaning. Laundry. Other boring things. And sometimes not much at all.
"And they aren't too solid." Another grin as he wiggled his next jello shot.
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
And his own volley back of wordplay was getting a groan and a roll of Summer's eyes. "Solid enough," she countered. "And, actually, the apple ones are at least half as solid as the others, if you're going to be like that. You're right, though. I do like when it's just surprise random baked goods."
Re: The Bar - 11/13.
And baked goods made them both happy.
"Speaking of surprises. Or not surprises, if we're lucky... do you want to go somewhere for the holiday? Or stay here?"
And pray for no Rick.
