Oh look, another event night! Maybe grab a menu for inspiration.

ONE NIGHT ONLY:
INVENT YOUR OWN DRINK, GET IT FOR FREE FOREVER

Rules:
1. You pay for any drinks you make tonight.
2. After tonight, anytime you get the drink named after yourself, it's on the house.
3. Yes, forever. (Or until someone else gets the bar and doesn't honor it.)
4. Must have at least two ingredients. E.g. you can't ask for a beer and call it The Logan.

Kitty had no idea how many people were actually interested in this, but you know what, sometimes you had to do something different. And by "different" that meant "it had been probably like five years."

"Hello! Would you like to create a drink?" Kitty asked with a smile.

"I would like a drink," Flint said. "Tell me more about creating one."

"You can play around as much as you want but have to pay for them tonight, then they're free as of tomorrow," she said. "You can pick any ingredients that we have."

"What would you recommend to go with rum, other than more rum?" Flint asked.

"My first thought is pineapple if you want to go tropical, ginger beer if you don't," she said. "And not the coconut rum."

"A Flint will not contain coconut rum," Flint agreed. "Ginger beer would be good."

Ginger beer and rum was a Dark and Stormy, which definitely fit him.

To the surprise of no one, Liliana was absolutely of the opinion that she needed a drink named after her. And so, in she sailed, ready to try things until she had created a cocktail worthy of the name 'the Liliana.'

"Hello darlings, what a brilliant idea."

"Thank you. It's gone pretty well in the past, might as well try it again," Kitty said. "Do you know what you want or do you want to experiment?"

"Oh, experimentation, definitely," Liliana said gaily. "I don't know what I'm going to end up making, but I know it will be purple, delicious, and heavily alcoholic."

"If we're going purple, maybe creme de violette?" Kitty suggested, picking up a clear bottle full of purple liquid.

"That sounds like an excellent starting place," Liliana agreed with a nod. It scored extra points for being a purple flower that wasn't lavender, ugh. "Can I get a splash please? Just to see what I'm working with."

"Of course," she said, grabbing a shot glass to pour a small amount in and setting in front of her. "I've never eaten actual violets to compare tastes."

"They're quite good candied," Liliana assured him. She took a sip. "Oooh! This has a brandy base. That's quite good."

"Captain Flint," Liliana said, inclining her head. "Have you made yourself a drink?"

"I've made the Liliana, of course," she said with a laugh. "A take on a corpse reviver recipe I know."

"I have never heard of a corpse reviver," Flint admitted. "What's in it?"

Please don't say corpse.

"Corpse revivers are a class of cocktails that are drunk as hangovers cures; they're meant to be so strong that they can even revive the dead," Liliana said.
