Out of potatoes! At Sunday brunch! He was still not emotionally recovered from it, and that would never happen at his restaurant. Potatoes were too precious to run out of. After he finished writing up the specials board for today, he needed to call the printer about fliers announcing the grand opening. Wow, who knew this was so much work when you weren't just stepping into an already running business? Crazy!
