Raiden had initially planned on throwing a Labor Day/informal last day of summer beach bonfire party, but Gluttony probably shouldn't host a party on the day everyone has a flavor unless we want an awkward cannibalism incident he had run into a few logistical difficulties.
No matter! He could pivot, and thus today he was putting up flyers around town, whistling Taylor Swift songs (off key) in celebration of her good news as he went:

He was trying to make sure to put some of the flyers at more like, say, Gray's eye level, so most people could read them. How successful he was being was anyone's guess.
