The Park [early evening]

Siegfried, Roy and their white tiger were in the park, prepared to put on a Very Important Show.

Well, if the tiger wouldn't keep running off. And...beeping. What the hell was that about anyway?

Ah, gremlin bites. Luke and Gavin were going to unhappy tomorrow, but for now...

Siegfried turned to Roy. "Are ve ready?"

Artoo, who was not a tiger, made another run for it.

Siegfried tossed a cloak over Artoo.

"Ve vill make our tiger disappear into za night!"

He said a few magical words and then removed the cloak.

Artoo was still there, of course, but in Siggy and Roy's world, he was gone!

"Brilliant," said Naminé. "However shall you retrieve him again? I hope he hasn't gone too far."

"Oh, ve do not harm das tiger," Siegfried said loftily. "Ve are much better than." He clapped his hands. "Siegfried who is furry und not in a sexy vay! Come back now!"

Artoo? Was still there. And seriously contemplating using his taser on these two.

He blooped hopelessly.

"I'm relieved." Naminé smiled. "Your act is quite ingeneous. I was worried about poor Siegfried."

"This is why ve make the big money in Vegas, ja!" Siegfried said, grinning proudly.

"I'm grateful to experience your show for free. Have you any need of an artist? I could perhaps make you a sign." It was the least she could do, really.

"That vould be wunderbar!" Siegfried said as Roy leaned over his shoulder and grinned. "Normally, ve have the sign at the Mirage," he pointed out. "Here, there is less light."

"I'm afraid all I have is crayon on paper. Would that suffice?" Naminé opened her sketchpad. "What would you like the sign to say?"

"Siegfried und Roy," Siegfried said, spreading his hands wide, "Vorld's Greatest Magicians!"

Naminé giggled lightly, then began writing it out. "Any particular colors, or should I use them all? You want balloons, perhaps, decorating the edges?"

"It sounds marvelous!" Siegfried squealed, clapping his hands together. "Roy, my love, come see vat she is making for us!"

Naminé sketched out a simple drawing of two figures with glitter standing in front of a stage, with balloon and a - well, it was more or less a tiger. And the writing in the middle very proudly announced

It was simplistic, but oddly sweet.

"It is beautiful!" Siegfried said, moving to give her a smacking kiss on both cheeks. "Thank you, liebchen!"
