Caritas - Sunday evening [Open]

GOB had finally gotten the book and read most of the first chapter before remembering that he hated reading. He would have gotten online to wank about anything he could think of, but he didn't have a computer.

So he came into work instead.

Some days it was tough to be GOB.

"There was an unfortunate incident back home where I needed to learn to protect myself," said Mary. "Vegas can be a rough town sometimes."

"At least it doesn't have dinosaurs, though, right?" GOB asked.

"There are some monsters that are worse than dinosaurs," said Mary gravely.

"Dragons?" GOB asked. It's not that he wasn't taking Mary seriously, but GOB had a simple mind. And dragons breathe fire.

"Has Fandom ever been invaded by dragons?" asked Mary worriedly. Maybe she should re-read the insurance policy on the hotel.

"Yeah, but they were made of Jello," GOB said. "I had a sale on Jello shooters that night."

"That must have been fun," said Mary. She missed doing Jello shots with Delinda and Sam.

"Nobody came in that night, actually," GOB remembered. "Tino grabbed all that Jello for nothing."~

"That's a shame," said Mary.

"The good thing about running a bar is that when you have too much stuff and you need to get rid of it, you get to drink it," GOB said.

GOB was not a real businessman.

"That must have been some hangover," chuckled Mary. And she once helped Delinda liberate a bottle of Grand Marnier from the bar at Mystique, so she wasn't one to speak.

"I don't really remember," GOB said. It was that much booze.
