The Park, 10am Saturday-early afternoon

Yesterday's weather had worried Willow, but according to the weather report Saturday was warmer and so far snow-free.

Willow got to the Park early so she could set up. She cleared a space for dancing, set up music and some food that she'd brought along, then waited for others to show up.

[ooc: OCD a-coming Up! All are welcome. 'tis very informal in nature. And this only takes up a small part of the Park, so plenty of room for others to do Parky things without being crowded.]

Teddy waved off the apology. "You-" He paused for emphasis. "-aren't from here and I keep forgetting that so just say something when you don't understand me. It's not a big deal, my roommate is the same way."

"All right," he agreed.

It was a minute or so before Liir spoke again.

"I wouldn't mind if it was a boyfriend sort of thing," he said after a moment. "Andrew isn't unattractive. And he smiled a lot."

He hadn't really been looking, though if he was pressed he would admit that he'd liked the color of Andrew's eyes. They sort of reminded him of the color of the sky.

Teddy grinned at that. "Want to wait for the maybe-date to ask yourself if he's interested, or should I be sneaky and ask him for you?"

He looked sideways at Teddy with big green eyes.

"Could you be sneaky for me?"

"No problem." Because it was just what you did for a friend. "As long as I don't have to dance much."

"You only have to dance as much as I do," he said with a small smile.

He reached out to tug Teddy.

"Come on. Let's go check out the dancing."

Pause.

"And the snack table."

Going along with him easily, Teddy laughed. "How about both?"

Then he ran for the table.
