Caritas [Thursday evening]

When Robin came in and found out that there was going to be some kid's birthday party here, she immediately took an inventory to make sure all the hard liquor was stocked up.

Between that, and the fact that Tino hadn't stopped laughing about her performance over the weekend, it was going to be a particularly difficult night.

"If you're not me?" Peter said, since he wasn't unaware that he had a good in for presents Nathan would like. "Any book off the Times' best seller list, good whiskey, pilot stuff, stuff for his car. Anything from a Sharper Image or a Brookstone, really."

"I think it's his way of recapturing his time in the Navy," Peter said. Well that and mimicking that thing he could do even without the plane, but Peter wasn't going to mention that.
