Parents' Weekend Meet & Greet, Town Park Part 2 [Friday Afternoon]

It was still a good day to torment guests and locals alike and there was still plenty of food (courtesy of your Fandom High StuCO) in the Park, welcoming visitors to Fandom Island.

The registration desk was still open and the banner waved in the comfortable breeze announcing the event of the day.

An excited nine-year-old did his very best to sign in at the registration table. Gathering his information and two name tags, he dawdled before heading back for his grandmother.

A total bombshell with wild black hair and the fashion sense of Claudia Kishi--like Claudia, somehow it worked on her--slapped a nametag reading 'Ramie' onto her overalls. Her last name was too likely to trip people up. Plus it wouldn't fit.

Then she started looking around for a certain BFF.

Kermit took care of registering for his group. Rowlf and Big Bird weren't too happy about the adhesive name tags though.

"That's gonna hurt comin' off Kermit." Rowlf pointed out.

Lucy was there and eyeing the name tags curiously. She finally picked up a pen to decorate hers with flowers before sticking it to her dress.

Crystaviel had no intention of putting on the name tag. She was here to see Leda, and she knew who Crystaviel was. The rest of these...people didn't need to know her.

Wiseguy registered under both her old name, Wiseguy, and her older name, which she'd returned to, Lucia.

Putting both names on the nametag, she looked around with interest.

Farad'n had - a nametag. He wasn't entirely sure what to do it but he had a nametag. Now to find his fiancee...

Kurenai gave at tolerantly amused look towards the nametags as she neatly put her name down (in kanji) and wondered how many people would be able to read it.

"Not big fans of secrecy here, I suppose?" she teased Asuma.

Scott, being Scott, made sure his bags were unpacked before making his way out to the meet and greet. Once he made it, he was a little surprised to see two copies of his nametag.

Anyway, now that he was wearing his nametag, it was time to find where Warren had gotten off to and see if he had found Bobby yet.

Barbara stuck a nametag on her shirt: "HELLO! MY NAME IS: Barbara Gordon" and rolled off in search of Dinah.

There had been this whole problem with an unfortunate fray in reality near BWI customs, and Claire had ended up patching the hole with hairspray and Austin's fur.

She was there at last, though, and armed with a rather bulky cat carrier. "Where's my nametag?" Austin asked as she put hers precisely on her shirt.

"You're a cat," she reminded him.

"And I repeat..."

She put the nametag on the carrier to shut him up and went to find her sister.

A man whose eyes bore a striking resemblance to his daughter's considered the name tags before pocketing one.

If they wanted to see it, they could ask.

For his part, Hyuuga Hiashi did not particularly feel the need to follow that asinine request.

Spidercide made his way to the registration area and found his nametag. Reilly probably wouldn't be in the middle of this, but that wouldn't keep him from from checking the crowd out and seeing how much of a threat the people here might pose.

Arvan made his way to the registration area and found his nametag. He had to figure out where exactly his son would be in all of this, especially when Zayne definitely wouldn't be expecting him.

A tall curvy well endowed blonde in a fashionable white business suit pulled her luggage cart up to the table and appraised the set up. "This is very well done. Very nice. I must send a note to the organizers." She took a moment to make a note in her data-pad, then registered and found her name tag. It even had her name as she'd requested: Ms Bellum

"There. Now, where to next?"

Even though the event is in the Town and weapons are not being collected, security is always watching out for the best interests of the population. Go say hi!

And Gibbs was still here providing security. Ducky on the other hand had wandered off to babble endlessly about the similarities of this island to one he had visited in Nova Scotia.

Which didn't have a castle, gremlins or an nexus of dimensions but the coastline was very similar.

Because it's always snack time somewhere, there's plenty of moddable food laid out to provide at least one talking point after the initial greetings go sour.
