Caritas- Saturday

Considering she'd gotten roped into 3MD without expecting it, Jaina was in a fairly decent mood when she took over her usual shift tonight. She wasn't looking forward to the cleanup that was probably going to happen later, and would be happy not experiencing further trauma, but for now, okay mood.

The two drinks earlier had helped there.

Dinah got up, half-buzzed, all-clumsy, and grabbed the microphone, snagging it on her second try. "'Scuse me. Hey! People! We have a late birthday boy here!" Feedback screeched, and she smacked the mike against her hand. "Griff turned seventeen yesterday. An' he didn't get a cake. So let's all sing to the Birthday Boy, to make up for it. Then buy him drinks!" Dinah beamed at the zombies, and said in a loud whisper, "Whenever you're ready!"

On the downbeat of the drum, she started: "Haaaaappy birthday
to youuuuuu!
Everyone!
Haaaaappy birthdaaaaaay tooooo youuuuu!"

Whoa, don't fall off the stage.

"Haaaaaappy Biiiiiiirthday, deeeear Griiiiiiiiffffffff." Take a breath!

"Happy, birth, day, toooooooo.... YOU! Woo-hoo! Seventeeeen!"

Dinah applauded for Griff, grinning at the club. "Yaaaay!"

Paige got a fresh mineral water after three minute dates ended and decided to hang around. She wouldn't mind talking more to any of her dates or to anyone else, really, given that the whole point of the evening was to meet people.

Derek had been missing out most nights due to work, but it was Saturday night, dammit. He was going to go out and have a few drinks and not think about dead people or serial crimes or how Hotch was doing.

She had been mildly disappointed that she wasn't matched with him at all, but since she had gotten to meet five new people, she wasn't too upset.
