Caritas, Sunday Evening - After 3MD

Three Minute Dates meant there was a nice bar full of people who had either struck out or gotten lucky on their dates. Though, this week, 'gotten lucky' was taken to a whole new level, no doubt.

Guy was behind the bar now that the dates were over, rolling his eyes at Tino's attempts to get out of work with a 'Sexual Fever'.

Sarah was still here, yes. Sure, the minidates hadn't really been her thing but hey, it was a bar, she was a pro at hanging out at those. Also she did not miss the Fortress, so shut up.

Anyway, as she sauntered up to the bar, she ended up tilting her head and sort of squinting at Guy. "You're the bartender?"

She wasn't sure why she was surprised.

"I told you to go to the bar for that drink, didn't I?" Guy replied, pushing a glass at her.

"That's not the same as being a bartender," Sarah retorted, but she didn't refuse the glass. "Could've had a tab. Or you could've been taking the piss."

Maybe she was just used to dealing with bartenders who were middleaged Vikings.

After she'd managed to get a couple of drinks in her, Samus realized that this whole mission still made no sense, and she should track down the person responsible for it to see if that shed any more light on this ridiculousness. She put her helmet back on, spotted him out, did a completely unremarkable scan of him, and sauntered over.

"So you're the man responsible for this?" she guessed.

It was her place, so Kitty had decided to stick around after the dates were over.

And then she took one look at the special, turned red, and wondered if she shouldn't just... not stick around.

Usually on a night like this, GOB might see an embarrassed-looking young woman at the bar and try to get her to make a huge mistake.

"Stay away!" GOB yelled, flinging himself backward off his stool, which went crashing to the ground. "Don't throw anything at me!"

On the other hand, he had a very long history of young brunette women at Caritas throwing drinks on him. Repeatedly. Traumatically, even.

Bruce settled in at the bar once the dates were over, waiting to see if any followup seemed likely tonight. And, frankly, he knew from experience that the time after the dates could actually be the craziest time of all.

It was worth waiting around to see.

"So," Ronan said, his usually-a-little-milder Irish lilt dialed up to eleven, "what's a man got to do for a drink around here?"

The smile he was sporting might indicate that he was willing to do... rather a lot. That wasn't even particularly abnormal for Ronan, really.

Yes, Chloe had probably had enough to drink already, but that didn't mean she couldn't have more. When she caught sight of the drink special, she looked back and forth between the board and Guy. "Did you pick the special, or were you told to do that?"

"Just don't give me something that may as well be water for how strong it is," she advised Guy as she slid onto a stool, took of her helmet, and set it on the counter in front of her.

Hey, if some girls were going to offer to buy her a drink, then Britta figured she may as well head over to the bar in case they wanted to take advantage of that right now.

Besides, it gave her a good chance to just sit there and glare really, really, really hard at Tino for the completely undeserved look at her breasts he got earlier.

Though Butters was still a little sad that all that was over, he had worked up a real manly thirst with all that dating and found himself stopping by at the bar before heading home.

"One root beer, please!" he announced to the bartender with bold aplomb, the sort of order that made it clear that, should any of his lovely ladies wish to be treated, he would gladly get them one, too.
