The Park [just after sunset]

Eric had been minding his own business walking across the park on his way to the Devil's Nest when the gremlin bit him, then the two other unfortunate souls who'd also been there with him.

And that's how Eric, Anakin and Ben were under the mistaken impression that they were the Blarney Brothers, wearing white sweaters and oh-so-attractive berets (which weren't Irish, but try telling them that), standing on a stage that didn't exist outside of their insane, gremlin-bitten minds and singing that most beloved of Irish ballads: Danny Boy.

Yeah, it's gonna be good.

The Swedish Chef stepped forward, listened to the oh-so-soulful strains of "Danny Boy" ~~that only the three of them could hear~~ and began to sing in Completely Authentic Swedish:

Ne nur ne nooo--

This would go on for a bit.

Animal was moved by the amazing performance by Swedish Chef and hoped to keep up the same level of quality when his turn came.

Right now:

"OH DANNY BOY, OH DANNY BOOOOOY, OH DANNNNNNY. Boy. OH DANNY BOOOY OH BOY, OH BOY," he shook his head sadly, "OH DANNY."

This poor song.

Beaker moved to the front of the group.

"Meep meep meep--" big breath, "MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP meep meep me meep meep meep meep--"

The two men behind him hummed along in nothing like harmony.

"Meep me mee MEEEP mee mee meep meep meep MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP--"

That was quite a note.

"--meep meep meep meep meep meep meep me--"

Beaker sniffled and joined the other two.

"meep meep meep MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP" Beaker caterwauled, sniffling, "meep me meep meep."

"OH DANNY BOY OH BOY, OH BOY, OH BOY," Animal wailed, flinging his arms around Swedish Chef and Beaker and sobbing.

The music drew to a close as Swedish Chef held onto the other two and bawled.

Too bad he was really Eric Northman and had tears of blood streaming down his face.

Because you know you're going to have some.

If there was ever proof that there was a god (besides possibly the fact that the animals talked to her and made her do things to help others- details were sketchy on that whole thing), it was the fact that Jaye had felt like taking a walk for once in her life, through the park, at the absolute best time ever.

It gave her just enough time to get her camera out of her purse because you know she had it with her at all times here, switch it to video, and hit record.

Topher stared. Stared a lot.

Finally, he pronounced, "Tony was right. He is gremlin bait."

Sorry, Ben, but it was true.

Jono had finally finished up his work for the day at the Boards, and was walking through the park for some fresh air when he was met with this particular spectacle.

He watched for a minute, biting the inside of his cheek to keep from laughing, and waited until the... music... was more or less over before shaking his head and mumbling, "Tam o' Shanters are Scottish, not Irish."

At least, he supposed, none of them had taken to mistakenly wearing kilts, today.

Zayne had no idea what any of this was. Besides weird. And probably a gremlin bite. And entertaining.

So he stood around to see how things turned out. And when it was done, Zayne felt moved.

To laughter.

Because that was great.

And now there are just three embarrassed guys in stupid hats.

"Well, shit," Eric said eloquently, wiping futiley at the tears tracking down his cheeks.

"Shit is a good word for it," Ben agreed, staring ~~way, way, way~~ up at this guy. "You've got...stuff...on your face."

"Go away now," Eric commanded.
