Club Virtua (A Warehouse), Sunday

Inside one of the previously abandoned warehouses was now a club. A virtual reality club, to be exact, with lots of neon lights in green and purple, and virtual reality glasses abound, through which you could see a virtual reality... with 8-bit graphics. But still! (Don't ask where all the stuff had come from. It was better if you just didn't ask.) And behind the bar, there was a woman: super blonde, in tight shiny clothes, with long gloves on her hands and a collar around her neck.

You might even get in without being Swedish! But Katerin might not let you participate in a VR race if you're not.

A very handsome young man wearing a snake around his neck was currently here, VR glasses sitting comfortably on his face. They only slightly diminished the power of his intense stare at... nothing in particular.

They did nothing about the cologne smell.

He pushed past Dylan. Several 'virtual reality' plastic window panes fell to the floor as he went.

Okay, this was really not Faye's scene, but it seemed to be the best she could get right now. She got a drink and decided she could hang out for like ten minutes and see if anyone interesting showed up before declaring it lame and finding something else to do.

In the middle of the club there are what appear to be two exercise bikes. But coupled with VR glasses, they turn into an 8-bit virtual reality bike race arena! Are you going to be the new champion?

Bod had been through these weekends before and sometimes they were amusing and sometimes they were annoying. This weekend was on the amusing side just because of who Kate thought she was.

He came up to the bar and smiled at her. "Hullo there."

This visit was both to make sure she was safe while she wasn't Kate and to soak up her new persona.

"Hello," Katerin replied, with just a faint accent, tilting her head at him. Bit more precise in her movements than Kate. "Is there something I can get you?"

"Vater." Ah yes, there was the terrible accent. He could judge her for that while she was judging him for his choice of drink. "Coming right up."

Yes, the accent made Bod laugh and he tried to cover it behind his hand as best as he could.

"Thank you," he managed to say. "I appreciate your help with my water. Water's very good."

That was not an accusation. Idle curiosity, if anything.

Ooh a new club! Leda did not know what virtual reality was, but she was always up for a good time.

"Nice place Ace." she grinned at the girl behind the bar. "Never this place was here." It was probably only a matter of time before the Wharf Rats claimed it for their own.
