Caritas - Saturday evening, after the dates

Once the dates were over, Bruce made his way to the bar, took a seat, and motioned for Tino to make his favorite drink. (Ginger ale, done up to look alcoholic. Ahem.) He actually had plans to hit Baltimore a little later, but he had time to put up a show and be a good host for a while.

That never normally stopped people from approaching him, though.

This girl. Who was never ever going to have enough self-preservation to not skip up to vampires for tackle-hugs. Ever. Blame Mitchell, it was usually the safest bet.

So... A surprise plane malfunction that led to a surprise overnight layover, combined with a Portalocity deal, equaled Kate appearing in Fandom for a night. And, because she wanted a drink, Caritas was the place to be.

She had not expected this many people, but that was just cool. She was curious about new faces, and scanned the crowd for familiar ones too.

Excuse Jessica for a moment. Now that she was done with the dates, she was going to have a still-non-alcholic drink at the bar as she continued looking over floor plans on her phone. She was completely interruptable. If anything, it probably looked like she was just passing the time by confirming that she had something committed to memory.

After the dates, Joker hit the bar. How often did you actually get to order something and drink it like an adult instead of just seeing what your friends' parents had in their pantry?

He smiled sociably and waved at just about everyone.

Eleanor found her way to the bar, after her last date, and refreshed her vodka cranberry. This had been a rather pleasant experience. She hoped they had these events often.

Elsa was going to sit quietly at the bar and clutch to her tea like it was a lifeline, thank you. Her dates had all actually gone rather well, but between the crowd and that horn, she was getting a touch antsy, now.

She would probably stick around for a few minutes, enough time to finish her tea, before bidding a hasty retreat. She'd been social for fifteen minutes. That was enough, right?

Jono wasn't actually drinking, no. That would require more mouth and less fire than he actually possessed. But after the day he'd had, between witnessing unicorn-murder and dealing with a handful of... interesting dates... he was going to just sit right there and attempt to use those psi-powers of his to soak up some ambient drunkenness.

Because yes, he wanted to be drunk tonight.

Pam was at the bar with her Green Russians, looking around for anyone she'd been on a date with, or that she might want to date, or -- let's be honest. Pam was not fussy. Anybody with legs, or stumps where legs used to be, who looked ready to go.

...She didn't really want to, but the point was, she could.

For now, though, she was content to drink her shake and people watch. And possibly fall off her stool if someone came over to talk to her.

Flick stuck around the bar after the dates had ended. No real reason other than not wanting to head back to his room and deal with being inside his own head for too long.

So, he was at the bar with a water, just hanging out.

Atticus would be switching to water after this beer, but for now, he was going to enjoy having another fresh beer, and talking to people for fifteen minutes without saying anything too awkward. He held onto his amulet, making it look like he was playing with it, and tried to find any auras he could actually read. The fact that people were so different here than he was used to was really throwing him.

Sarah could live with the chaos. She just wanted to sit down and nurse her drink and get a little bit drunker by the moment. It seemed like a good plan.
