Stark Industries Rooftop, Friday Night
Well, Steve and Tony were apparently hosting a cookout tonight! They had far too many kinds of soda and a keg if you asked nicely and didn't tell Steve and far too many kinds of chips...
And hot dogs, because you couldn't kill people if you accidentally undercooked a hot dog. Hopefully their friends were better at the culinary arts because they were reallllly not.
The music was loud and from the 70s and 80s (at Tony's insistence) and the grill was probably four times as complicated as it needed to be! Come party like it's 1980 something! Or 1930 something!

Re: Arrive and Mingle!
Peter was a little amazed and a lot curious. Sorry about the staring,

Which was part of the fun. And beating up a boy would be even better than beating up Captain Buzzkill. Though, don't get her wrong, she'd enjoy that, too.
"You got a problem?"

Re: Arrive and Mingle!
It almost sounded like what the sweaty hairy lady at the corner deli was always shouting at her lazy sons, anyway. No, not that corner deli, the other one. Either way, it was a weird response from a clearly weird kid, but, hey, Rosa could speak in another language, too.
"Tu sabes que no sirve de nada hablar con alguien si no entiendo el idioma, puta."
Re: Arrive and Mingle!
Peter squinted at her words, but shook his head apologetically after. It sounded more Latin than her words before? But he still didn't understand it.
Re: Arrive and Mingle!
But, hey, coming across a kid who didn't speak English or Spanish wasn't common back home, but New York was crazy multicultural, so it wasn't like it was unheard of. So she could manage a decent effort at communication through gestures.
"But if you," she said, pointing at the probably-Greek boy, "keep staring," she held two fingers up to her eyes, pointing them back and forth between the two of them, "at me," pointing to herself, "I'm going to pound your freaking face in."
Yeah, there was no mistaking the violence in that gesture, Rosa fist beating into her palm.
