Caritas- Tuesday
Earlier Kitty had cleaned her entire office, so she'd be able to tell people where things were if they needed anything from there, and now she was spending her shift reorganizing behind the bar and taking inventory to make sure they had everything they would need here.
Her due date wasn't for three weeks, she might do this another few times before then.

Re: Bar
"Feeling restless?" she guessed.
She still hadn't decided whether or not to say anything about the dunking. It was still pretty difficult to actually be upset with a pregnant woman who gave you booze and could still throw like that when she was pretty much about to burst.

And Rosa, just like that, lost all ability to be even remotely miffed about the dunking, even managed to smile a little. And then got a nightmare vision of Santiago once Peralta finally knocked her up.
"It's going to be fine," Rosa assured her, knowing it was a useless statement, but whatever, she was saying it anyway. "And how many more times are you gonna reset everything all over again because she's probably not?"

Re: Bar
Still not easy easy as just finding it, though.

As well as the immediate defensive rebuttal of it, too.
"What? No. How? I can think of a million ways in which that statement is wrong."
Re: Bar
"Oh, you can? Name a few, then."
Seivarden had decided to be stubborn today.
Re: Bar
"One, radio," Rosa started off. "Which leads into Two: do you know what squirrels in an apartment does to a dog? And then there's three: you dunked me. Four, I'm pretty sure you're behind anyway, but at this point I've just lost track.....Should I keep going?"

Seivarden had ended up paying for a really expensive bottle of scotch last week, so she'd prefer something cheap today.

And of course she couldn't assume anything since she had no idea how the drink situation ever worked with her and Rosa.
Re: Bar
Kitty might have to clear that with Rosa first.

Re: Bar
The tooka was apparently making plush toy delivery rounds today, since he had no idea how freaking long he was going to be a tooka, and he wanted Kitty to have this before too long, or he'd be interrupting a whole lot of excitement in order to deliver it. He hopped up onto his usual barstool, deposited it on the counter, and gave a, "Mrow," of greeting.
Re: Bar
Maybe he'd started carrying around his favorite toys?
Re: Bar
He mrrp'd and bobbed his head in agreement. Yup. Still a cat. And then with another 'mrowl,' he lowered his head down and bonked it toward her.
Take the tauntaun. Have the tauntaun. Kanan had no use for the tauntaun.
Re: Bar
Because cat. She understood these things were effort.
Re: Bar
Look, he felt kind of bad about only bringing a card to the baby shower. This was him attempting to hop in with all four feet running on the 'spoiling the kid rotten' train.
