Caritas- Tuesday
Kitty was beginning to see her some women might stop working before their babies showed up, because she was tired and annoyed and really didn't want to work. But this was also her social time, and it kept her sane and distracted for at least a few hours every week.
And you knew she loved you, regulars, because she was sitting through the zombies playing Christmas music already.
[Open, no OCD!]

"No complaints at the moment. Spent the weekend back home trying to hunt down a guy I know about some bacta. How much longer have you got, there?"
As if he didn't already have the due date she'd given him months ago on his calendar.

Sure, she figured they'd just plug it right back in, but she had to make a statement.
"It's not even Halloween yet!"
And with that taken care of, already mentally preparing herself for that inevitable moment when 'Here Comes Santa Claus' sparked back up again, she stalked to her usual spot at the bar and frowned at Kitty. "Sorry," she said. "I had to do that."
And it was better than the alternative, than the other things that hearing that music already made her want to do.
"If they're going to be doing that all night," she added, "I'm going to need something strong tonight. On a tab."
And she plopped her credit card on the bar, hoping Kitty was smart enough to figure out what else she was saying if she was putting her money in an open-ended format right out there from the get go.

"First, you're my hero right now. Second, when someone asks for something string and doesn't specify, my go-to is tequila," she warns.

She wouldn't, of course. But that was only just because prison sucked and it just wasn't worth it.

Yes, she was looking a little bit smug, but she was doing her best to hide it.

"Lucky for her," said Rosa, who had a bottle of tequila in front of her and an empty shot glass, which she filled and then slid over to Seivarden, motioning for Tino to bring her a second for herself, "it's not something I plan on doing often. She'll get over it."

"Good plan. The couch is covered in black hair."
She felt she had earned the right to some mocking. Or teasing really.

"I was going to say the music is terrible," she said, taking a seat on a stool by the bar, "but I'm sure that would mean insulting the local holiday."
Not that that would stop her.

“Whatever you’ve got that’s strong, I need like three of those,” she announced, blustering her way up to the bar and taking a seat.
And double-taking at the zombies. And, you know, all the modern technology.
