Outside MCA- Thursday afternoon
Rey understood the concept of a kiddie pool, but she didn't know why she found one in her apartment.
Then there was the slow, very careful process of dragging it out through the hall and trying so hard not to spill anything on the way. She mostly managed! But really, what was she going do with it in her place? It wasn't even like she could empty it in there.
So, uh, there was going to be a kiddie pool outside the apartments, because she had no way of knowing that everyone got one.

That was adorable.

If and when they ever got around to starting a family they'd have to figure out alternate arrangements, of course, but that was a bridge they'd cross when they came to it.

HOW DID THIS WORK, LIAM?

Like a Chromebook. A Switch. A collection of lizard skulls. You know, normal mice stuff.

"You really do need to come over some time and meet them," Liam grinned at her. "I'm sure they'd love you."

She would listen!

"I said something like that myself, once upon a time."
It should be noted that the only thing that had changed since then was that he was now rather thoroughly wrapped around the mices' tiny, adorable paws.

One day she'd have BB-8 here for a bit, even if she didn't know it yet. One day.
