Thanks to Apu and the very nice card that he'd gotten the whole T&C crew to sign and some flowers that she could only assumed he'd picked up last minute when he went to Covent to get Astrid's signature, Summer knew it was, apparently, World Redhead Day (which she figured would have just been St. Patrick's, but okay). And while she didn't usually buy into all that crap that she was pretty sure he just made up, she also wasn't usually staring down the barrel of a long weekend of forced family camping, either, so, you know what? Yeah. They were totally celebrating World Redhead Day at Caritas that Wednesday because this redhead was going to need it to survive her upcoming weekend.

Probably.

Actually, there was a good chance she'd need a lot more to survive this weekend, knowing her family, but...

A pizza shot would have been too much pizza abuse for one week! Stark might not have been able to handle it.

"Which one next? Cherry?"

And after this long in the disgusting people with jello business, as it were, Summer did know how to maintain a good balance when it came to crimes against food.

"Cherry," she agreed with a nod, going to picked out two of them and set one in front of Stark before going in for her own.

"So," she then offered, because she could, now that it was up, "any thoughts about this Wednesday's particular event?"

"Why is he like this," Stark asked, rolling his eye as he picked up the shot.

"I prefer my usual size and shape. Not that this has happened before, to me. But it explains why the squirrels were laughing this morning."

"I almost feel like we can just as easily blame Barry for it, too," said Summer, pointedly, because she felt she, if anyone, had the right to say it. "After all, it's his shrinking ray that allowed it to happen.

"That course was legit, though," she added. "And reminded me that I need to work out way more."

She paused a moment before deciding to add, "I'd take being smoll and squirrel sized over giant and larger than a house any day of the week, though."

"We can blame them both," Stark agreed. "But Anakin should be blamed more."

"... have you been bigger than a house?"

Summer paused a little.

"Yeaaaaahhhhhhh," she eventually admitted. "I kind of used my grampa's gigator ray on myself once"--no, she would absolutely not be telling Stark that she had used it because she wanted to make her boobs bigger so that they looked better in her prom dress (or that, yes, after all was said and done, it had worked, thank you very much, and they looked fantastic)--"and it kind of got out of hand. I ended up pretty much breaking the entire garage..."

It was for the best that they not discuss chest size, yes.

"Not something I've ever had to deal with," Stark said, immediately regretting saying that out loud because it might tempt the island into something. Or maybe not since he'd already been tiny today. "Is your grandfather camping with you?"

If Rick was going there was just no way to avoid the sci-fi bullshit.
