Caritas; Wednesday [09/15].
Summer Smith was having regrets.
Not about anything here, of course, although half of those jello shots really suggested that she maybe should, but she was starting to feel like she had made a huge mistake in actually agreeing to giving that whole 'family dinner with Barry' thing a try. Honestly, she felt she should have known better. Things had gone really well last weekend, so, statistically speaking, that only meant that things would probably be a disaster this coming weekend, although, really, she was convinced that anything having to deal with her family was a disaster right from the get-go.
But, hey, she figured as long as they didn't have to deal with the apocalypse (again), like some families as of late, they'd be good, right?
"I'm pretty sure I just doomed us to have to deal with the apolalpyse this weekend....again," Summer muttered, to no one in particular, shaking her head at her phone as she typed out yet another message to her dad about how, yes, that recipe looked fine for dinner, just like the fifteen million previous recipes he'd sent her, and then going back to respond to Morty who was just kind of being a little bitch about the whole thing, in between also, you know, doing her damn job, because it was a Wednesday night, like, she understood that at least Jerry had nothing else going on in his life, but didn't Morty at least have school to go to in the morning? Was he even still in school? Seriously, at this point, he'd probably just be better off as a drop-out...
And, because she was pretty sure he wouldn't bother responding anyway, Summer did add a text to Rick that went something along the lines of I swear to god, if you let the world get destroyed this weekend, pls just let it end me once and for all
