Considering he'd been working on them since yesterday, Summer was tempted to inform Tino that he probably really didn't need that many mini liquor bottle ornaments for the New Year's party, but, at the same time, it kept Tino busy and occupied and out of her hair, soooo...

She was just going to leave him to it for now, until the bar inevitably got busier, but even then, with it being the break week still, it wasn't like she expected it to even get all that busy.

And if she maybe swiped one of those little liquor bottles for herself when he wasn't looking, well, then, he should be better at multitasking, and her trying it was just, you know, quality control.

Honestly, at this point, she was just glad to not be doing Christmas-themed jello shots anymore.

Where Summer doesn't care if it's counter-intuitive to her job, she may try convincing others to try and steal little mini liquor bottle ornaments from Tino. Especially if you're a squirrel.

It wasn't often Wanda was at the bar, but when she was she was totally willing to try some jello shots.

...maybe not the last one.

"Hey, Summer," Wanda said, settling at the bar. "Could I get...the tiger one? Sounds fun."

That last one...was an experience, okay?

But going for anything but was also totally legit.

"Hey," Summer gave her a smile, a brief tilt of her head, as she went and got the shot to set it in fron to her, "...Wanda, right?"

She knew she didn't really get a whole lot of chances to interact with her, but she definitely still remembered that one time when things went a little weird and she tried to kiss her at least a couple times. That had been an interesting day, for suuuuuure.

Wanda might have been tempted to try it if she was pregnant again? But then she couldn't have it for an alcohol reason.

"Wanda," she confirmed with a nod. "I'm good! Was a snake for awhile there, but I got over it. I figure every now and again I should stop in here when I'm not totally insane because of the island."

"So few and far between, then," Summer noted with a snort, because when wasn't the island making someone at some point pretty much totally insane. "Well, I'm glad you made it in tonight, and that you're not a snake, because that might make it a little difficult to hold a drink."

Although now she kind of wanted to see it.

"A snake, though, huh?" It was always interesting, seeing what people turned into and trying to figure out if there was a rhyme or reason to it. "That had to have been...an experience."

"Did I catch from radio that you turned back from being a snake, like, five times or something thanks to that dumb time loop?" Annie asked, wandering over with her own drink and a hefty dose of sympathy.

"You sure did," Wanda said with a sigh. "Luckily Steve only remembered me being naked the one time."

And by then she had about Had It and was immediately over the shock of being naked and covered up immediately.

"Oh my God, Captain America saw you naked?" Annie asked, mortified on her behalf. "I feel really lucky that I changed back in my own apartment when I was a dog. That's, like, the worst part of the animal thing."

She'd kind of otherwise liked being a dog.

"Funny how the entire year can fly by, yet the last few days seem to drag on forever. I swear it feels like its been the 29th for a week!" Dwight said with a laugh as he took a seat at the bar and gave Summer a smile.

"No, no, no," said Summer, lifting a finger and wagging it at Dwight almost warningly, "that was the week before last, and it was the 17th for a pretty much a week, and congratulations, if we have to deal with that again, you just implicated yourself in it, and it'll be all your fault."

Because seriously, Dwight, they'd just finished with that crap!

And now she was second guessing herself.

"Wait," she said. "Has it been the 29th for a week? Because I didn't remember the days the last time, if we're stuck in another loop, I'm going to be kind of pissed, because I'm supposed to go shopping tomorrow."

Shopping, Dwight!

Probably just bleed over from the pervious loop... I mean he HAD been shot. Twice. and DIED once... that was pound to have some carry-over effects. Even if he couldn't remember any of it.

"I'm pretty sure yesterday was the 28th and today is the 29th" Dwight said with a reassuring smile. "This time of year just seems to drag a bit for me is all."

"So.... let's go with a couple jello shots to make it a bit better" he said breaking the silence. "How about one of each... except for that last one??

Summer was still going to narrow her eyes at Dwight somewhat skeptically, because, look, she just wasn't going to trust time pretty much ever again, especially not when coming from other people who also probably couldn't trust time, either, but...well, if she ever did find out Dwight was lying and that yesterday had not actually been the 28th, well...

Like, it was weird, right? That his insistence on it made her doubt it more? She shook her head, though, and decided it was probably better not to think about it too much, at least not until she lifted a few more of Tino's ornaments from his steadily growing pile.

"Oh, come on," she insisted, once she experienced the rise of excitement that accompanied the phrase 'one of each,' only to then suffer the fall that followed with the addendum. "The last one is the best one!"

Which was entirely false, of course, and she still, dutifully, set out for Dwight his three shots.

Goose had only just gotten back into Fandom, he hadn’t even been back to his apartment yet but that didn’t stop him from stopping by the bar on his way over.

He eyed the specials, “I have to try pickle juice and hot dog,” he said with a grin as he sat down at the bar.

Well, his apartment was literally right across the street, so it was practically just as good, right?

And also, Goose, that was totally unfair to open with that, because Summer almost looked as though she wanted to just scrap that whole boyfriend thing entirely and just kiss you right now for that.

"You can have," she declared, eyes bright and eager and maybe even a little in love at that moment, "as many pickle juice and hot dog shots as you want, just please." She closed her eyes to better savor the moment. "Say it again."

"Year of the Tiger?" Stark asked, eyeing the list. Obviously that last one was out but sometimes there was more than one shot that wasn't actually something people ought to consume. Look, he just had a very healthy fear of Jello with unknown flavors. Unclear where he developed that.

Summer offered Stark a small smile with her explanation. "2022 is the Year of the Tiger in the Chinese Zodiac," she offered. "Even though that doesn't technically start until February, I felt it would be a nice touch to the theme. It's mostly a creamy pumpkin shot."

"Oh." Stark nodded. "Pumpkin is fine. I'll try that. And the others that don't have any hot dogs in them." Hot dogs were fine. Just not in Jello with pickle juice.

"So like, obviously we're shopping for sparkles tomorrow," Annie noted, settling onto a barstool. "But is this the year I branch out? Like, I'm always on Diego about wearing more colors -- should I try, like, wearing pink or something?"

She could try on pink dresses, sure, but odds were pretty good Annie was going to find herself in something white and sparkly, anyway.

"Also," she added, considering the specials, "strawberry and champagne. That sounds really good. And kind of, like, romantic." Just as a combination!

"Mmmm," said Summer, with a little smirk and a lift of her elbow at that interprestion, "I think I know now what to do with all that leftoever champagne and strawberries."

There was no leftoever champagne and strawberries. Please.

She set a couple down in front of Annie.

"And I don't know how I feel about you trying to edge into my color zone," she added, "but, since I like you and I'm going more rose gold this year, anyway....I'll allow it. But watch it. I'll have you know, I loook great in yellow."

In fact, even though she already had her whole ensemble picked out, she was definitely going to maybe lean that way in her own picks for trying things on tomorrow.

"Oh, you'd be, like, a vision in yellow," Annie assured her sincerely, plucking up one of her shots. "It would go so pretty with your hair!"

Whereas Annie tended to shy away from the hotter side of the pink spectrum, anyway, on the rare occasions she found herself out of either Starlight colors or neutrals. She was pretty sure it washed her out.

"And rose gold is very, like, trendy," she added, nodding solemnly.
