So, something was clearly going on today, considering Annie had been in and out of both of her uniforms at random all day, and had watched Diego go through the same thing. (Had it been nice when he'd randomly had no shirt but added boxing gloves? Yes, but that didn't make it any less weird, thanks for asking, narrative.)

Almost immediately upon getting to work, though, she found herself in her usual I'm Not Famous, Seriously get-up, and irritably pulled her sunglasses down her nose so she could at least write the specials board.

She could make other things, but right now her confidence that she'd be able to complete a mixed drink before doing something weird and unpredictable was pretty shot.

Well, today's turning out to be a real annoying one," Danny said. And his expression matched his mood! For now.

"You're telling me," sighed Annie, who was now in her bra and running her hands through her hair and massaging her poor, itchy, aching scalp. "...oh my God, Danny, this is the worst day."

At least the bra thing was gonna change pretty fast, probably.

Somehow Steve, Chin, and Kono were all there too. Lookin' serious. Like maybe a promo photo.

"That's a new one," Danny admitted.

"Cute bra," Kono chimed in before she could disappear into the ether.

"Thanks," Annie replied, offering a flirtatious smile after Kono now that she was also dressed in her bodysuit.

At least it was the good wig.

"Want a beer, Danny?" she added, because she totally had a shift beer herself, now. It was necessary.

"I'd love one," Danny said suspiciously. Maybe it was the wig causing it.

It was almost definitely full of secrets, given how big it was.

Annie was suddenly trying very hard not to cry as she got Danny his beer, looking away so she could try to get herself under control. "There you go."

Oh no, it was contagious, Annie!

Danny covered his eyes with his hand, trying to keep his emotions in check too. "Thanks."

"You're welcome," Annie replied, in much better spirits now that she was in her bodysuit and her best wig. "I'm just, like, trying to get through the day without blinding someone at this point."

"...is that a concern I should have?" a teenage Danny with adorably curly hair asked. Oh no, his terrible hair secret!

"I'll aim away from you," Annie promised, but her eyes went right to that curly hair, because you were adorable, Danny.

Danny and now Steve as well did a bit of a mirrored pose. Because they say that happens when you've been married for a while, right?

"Thanks," Danny said as the duplicate Steve also said, "Mahalo."

Annie clearly did not like that, and snarled as she geared up for a fight. "It's so weird how you guys keep popping up at each others' sides!"

Oh no, someone needed a hug to calm down. But how was that hug even happening? There was literally a bar between them.

"What is even happening?" she mumbled whinily.
