When Summer came into the bar that evening, Tino asked her if she wanted to know his family's special recipe for stuffing, and she said no, but he told her anyway, and then she told him that now she was going to take that recipe and put it in jello, and so if anyone wondered why Tino was sulking at one end o the bar, it was because he had learned a very important lesson (which, let's be real, he should know by now with how long they'd been working together) in never telling Summer anything she doesn't want to know, because she will absolutely take that information and try to use it against you in any way she can.

And Summer was sulking because she really did mean it, she really didn't want to know, because you knew whatever was a traditional recipe in Tino's family had to be knowledge that no normal human should ever have to carry, which was why, on occasion, she just would occasionally find herself shouting out, "Really, Tino? Fucking raisins??" and looking at him like he was the ultimate scum of the Earth, because she was now convinced he very well may be.

"I think it's very likely."

Honestly, Anakin.

"I'm not often wrong," Anakin said.

"I don't think that's true at all," Stark told him.

"You can think what you'd like," Anakin said. "Incorrectly."

"If we asked others in this bar, especially those who have been subjected to your summer activities, I think they would agree with me and not with you."

So there.

"That's because they are carrying very unhealthy grudges," Anakin said.

"The grudges seem quite healthy to me," Stark said. "Well-fed, even."

"They can always avoid the park on Wednesdays," Anakin said with a shrug.

"They could," Stark agreed. "Or they could just plot revenge for later. That way is far more entertaining, don't you think?"

"No," Anakin said.

"And now you're wrong again."

Stark shook his head.

"I'm not," Anakin said. "I've been doing the summer program for years now and there's been no revenge, aside from the giant fish that tried to kill us all."

"Giant fish?"

Had Stark missed that or had he blocked it out?

"And there's been minor revenge, just nothing so elaborate as what you come up for our weekly torments."

"Giant fish," Anakin confirmed with a nod. "One of those singing fish you can buy at thrift stores was the prize for winners the first year, but it turned sentient and tried to kill us."

"And you learned nothing from this."

Stark shook his head once more. Oh, Anakin.

"I don't give out prizes any more!"

That was, perhaps, not the lesson to learn.

"What if your terrible clothes start to revolt one day?"

"There's nothing wrong with my clothes," Anakin said.

"Anakin."

Stark had nothing else to say to that. He was just looking around the bar helplessly for assistance.

"The robes haven't gone out of fashion in millennia."

"That does nothing to explain the clothing choices you make for others over the summer," Stark countered.

But also...the robes did look kind of cozy. And so dramatic!

"They're bright and cheerful and make me smile," Anakin said.
