Fandom High Prom - Part I

City Hall is aglow with the light from the torches. Streamers in blue and yellow line the way for students towards the ballroom. Inside, hangings and other decorations represent the Lost Cities. A working volcano stands in Krakatoa's corner. Seven DVD players are projecting 3D images of the cities as well. And streamers, glitter, candles, balloons, and lights are everywhere.

Prom has begun.

[ooc: Wait for the OCD threads or suffer my wrath. Done! But please wait for the music threads to go up before dancing. Prom II will be going up in about two hours. Later.]

Hamlet grabs a cup of punch and takes a drink. Kind of fruity in flavour, and no hint of alcohol yet.

"Whichever would be easier. Would it require some sort of motor to make it shoot out?"

"Hmm, yeah but nothing too strong or else it'll just go flyin' all over the place." He pauses. "Heh. Maybe that's what we were goin' for?"

Hamlet takes another sip as he considers this. "Well, we want to create something spectacular, that will be highly memorable for years to come. On the other hand, we don't actually wish to melt the floor or damage the walls, for that would lead to unpleasant punishment."

He looks back at Duo. "Is there a happy medium between the two?"

Duo raises an eyebrow. "Punishment, huh? Yeah, I guess that's right. Melting floors and damaging walls during a war is one thing. Especially if you've got a Gundam to escape in!" He adds cheerfully.

"Hmm. Happy medium? Let's see. Probably, though I'd have to think about it for a bit longer." He turns back to his scribblings with a grin.
