Fast Eddies, Saturday Night [Birthday party for Anders]

Bel was busily trying to set things up for Anders's surprise birthday party. He'd handwavily picked up a cake earlier, along with a bunch of pizzas. Phoebe wasn't feeling very well, but she was supposed to bring Anders there at 7:30, or just send him down if she wasn't feeling up to it.

The Underworld wasn't big on parties. Bel was a little out of his element here.

"Great." Tori smiled and set out to put the candles on the cake. She was going to attempt some sort of pattern, but in the end she just made a normal arrangement.
