Caritas - Saturday evening [Open]

Peter was in a live music kind of mood tonight, so he went to Caritas to get some hot cocoa and hear some zombie Christmas music. When he saw Tino alone behind the bar with some wigs still attached to him, Peter had to ask, "Do you need some help?" Tino sighed and nodded.

"Okay," Peter said, hopping the bar with ease. "Just tell me what I need to do when people ask for mixed drinks or whatever, because I have no clue about those. I mean, beer, I can probably figure that out because, hey, it's tough to mess up a bottle, right? Wow. Not much of a talker, are you? Clearly I'm going to need to talk for the both of us."

Tino was already regretting his decision.

They're playing Feliz Navidad a lot tonight. It's somehown even more annoying without the words.

Well, the words are still there, it's just "Ugggh aah eee ahh. Ugggh aah eee ahh." Which would be amusing if they sang the English chorus perfectly so it would just be Feliz Navidad in Zombish, but, no, that wasn't the case here.

Andrew stepped onto the stage, stumbling just a little. He walked over and spoke to/at what he was assuming to be the head zombie.

Stepping up the microphone, he said, "I suck at darts, so here's my song.

After a couple hours of sleeping, John drug Andrew out of the dorms and down to the bar.

"After two days of listening to droids crying, I'm so ready for a drink," John said, taking a seat.

"What kind of drink?" Peter asked. "And you can either keep it simple or risk me actually mixing drinks. It's your choice."

"I'll just take a beer," he said, "I'm wary of randomly mixed drinks."

"Is there a menu? I don't know what to get. Do they have orange juice? Oh! With an umbrella?" Yeah, Andrew hadn't exactly done a lot of drinking. Okay, he had never actually done any drinking.

Second night in a row he'd come down here, but he'd been antsy, just sitting in his room with no work to do. Plus, Altra had threatened to Jump him into the duck pond if he didn't stop fidgeting.

He smiled as he sat down, blinking in mild surprise when he saw who was behind the bar. "Peter? I didn't know you worked here."

"Hey, Karal," Peter said. "I don't, actually. But it was just poor Tino all alone here and wearing a wig on his arm so I decided to help out. What can I get for you?"

"Just a beer, please," he replied, looking with some sympathy at Tino. "That was very kind of you to stay and help him. I think he's had a trying couple of days."

After careful consideration and some direction from John, Andrew decided to order a drink. He waved at the bartender.

"What can I get you?" Peter asked. "We have a wide variety of drinks that I've never even heard of, but I'm not really a drinking guy anyway, so that's not surprising."

After several drinks, Andrew stumbled over to the lounge. There was a dart board. He was convinced he could he would be good at darts. How hard could it be?

Karal wandered over to the lounge with the same idea. The playing darts one, not the rest. "Do you want to play a game?" he asked, coming up beside Andrew.

After calling Rodney (http://mrodneymckay.livejournal.com/574.html?thread=24894#t24894), John decided he could join Andrew for a game of darts before retreating to his room. "You know, my aim just gets worse when I drink."
