The Park, 10am Saturday-early afternoon
Yesterday's weather had worried Willow, but according to the weather report Saturday was warmer and so far snow-free.
Willow got to the Park early so she could set up. She cleared a space for dancing, set up music and some food that she'd brought along, then waited for others to show up.
[ooc: OCDa-coming Up! All are welcome. 'tis very informal in nature. And this only takes up a small part of the Park, so plenty of room for others to do Parky things without being crowded.]

Re: Gather! Mingle!
He'd been laughed at too many times, seen jeering, mocking faces too many times to even think of doing something like that. And besides, what could he mock about Teddy?
Teddy was handsome, had a boyfriend and a life and friends. What was there to mock?
Re: Gather! Mingle!
Teddy nudged him. "Because it's funny? I don't really mind, friends are allowed to do that kind of stuff, really."

He looked... sort of proud of having accomplished social interaction without Teddy or class being involved.

"'Play miniature golf, go dancing, catch a movie, sing some karaoke'," he quoted, sounding even a little like Andrew as he repeated the words, "that's what he mentioned."
Re: Gather! Mingle!
Re: Gather! Mingle!
What did that have to do with anything? And how had Teddy known that Andrew'd had a boyfriend?
...well, Teddy had been here before. It was just another case of Liir being ignorant, something he was used to.
Re: Gather! Mingle!
"Most people don't say that right up front. And would you be upset if he was interested in you like that?"
Re: Gather! Mingle!
There was a long pause.
"You're not kidding, are you?"
Because before Teddy had said anything about it, the thought was so far out of the realm for him that it hadn't even reached his toes, let alone his head.

He had no education, no parents, no name, no skills, no talents, no outstanding features or qualities, no title, no anything. Though--
Oh no.
"Unless he took that Thropp seriously."
And he swore vehemently.

Re: Gather! Mingle!
He shook it all off after a moment, calming himself so he'd stop stuttering.
"Elphaba was-- the Witch was Thropp Third Descending, technically. Not that she was about to take the place. Or ever wanted to go back to Munchkinland. It's a leading family, the leading family really."
What did this have to do with anything? Absolutely nothing, unless you had a mind that worked like Liir's.
Re: Gather! Mingle!
Teddy blinked.
"Does he know that stuff?"
Re: Gather! Mingle!
Re: Gather! Mingle!
"You could ask him on Friday?" He suggested.
Re: Gather! Mingle!
"But that doesn't make any sense," he said. "He's from, or I think he's from, here. This world. Or one like it. What would he care about Munchkinland?"
