Robin was not wearing her Robin Sparkles regalia longer than she needed to. Which was for the obligatory performance.

So, for right now, the wig and graffiti denim jacket were tucked away, and Robin herself, brunette and irritable-looking as ever, was behind the bar and eyeing a bottle of Johnnie Walker.

"The water and sewer mains broke. Geoffrey made us clean it all up, yuuuuuugh. Not the way you want to start on the crew there." Dinah made a face. "We got it done, though. So next Tuesday should be okay again. You do still want to do it, right?"

"Ew!" Jill made a face. "Oh, mal. This is gonna sound wrong, but I'm so glad I didn't have to clean that up. I mean, I'm sorry you did, but..." she flailed her hands around. "Ew! I'll be there. But if the sewer breaks again..." she shuddered.

"No, I get that. It was nasty. Priestly wants us to form a union. Of course, he's a chameleon right now, so that's not going to happen right away."

Jill stared for a moment. "An actual chameleon? Like a little lizard?"

"Blue. With little blushy red bits," Dinah confirmed. "I was there when it happened. One second, Priestly, and then I turned around and, lizard."

Jill stared for another moment, then said in a sort of stunned voice, "Well, I was a plant..."

"See!" Dinah pointed at her, vindicated. "And I wanted to get the jump on the island and be something *I* wanted to be, but Merlin wouldn't turn me into a kitten. So mean."

"If I had magical powers, I would totally turn you into a kitten if you asked me," Jill promised. "But I don't, so, sorry. But being something other than what you are isn't all it's cracked up to be. I don't remember being a plant." And then there was Jack.

"That part kind of sucks. Although it was probably pretty boring," Dinah said thoughtfully. "I should ask Leto if he remembers being a tree." She shook her head. "Anyway, music tonight, and cute musicians."

"Yeah, I probably just photosynthesized," Jill said. "But enough about boring plants. Yes! There is music!"

Dinah bounced in place, caffiene hitting her system. "Dancing! Singing! Maybe flirting!"

"Maybe!" Jill agreed. "It can be like practice!"

"Woo!" Dinah held up her Diet Coke to clink it with Jill's, then signaled Tino to bring Jill one. "Because practice makes perfect!"
