Caritas- Tuesday
Kitty liked her job. She liked being social, she liked meeting and talking to people, and in the two years she'd been doing this there had been very few customers she'd ever really wanted to slap for being annoying.
This girl who kept "WOOOOO"ing at the bar, though, ugh. Kitty was seriously considering just cutting her off way early to get her to leave. It was Emma's night at the Devil's Nest, right? Maybe she could sic her on Emma...
Whatever, Kitty was going to just clean glasses over here and pretend she was busy.

Stage
Re: Stage
A gremlin bite, on the other hand, would totally do it.
Not only that, but she'd go for the most cliche karaoke song ever, which she didn't even normally know the words to.
"At first I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live
Without you by my side
But then I spent so many nights
Thinking how you did me wrong
And I grew strong
And I learned how to get along
And so you're back
From outer space
I just walked in to find you here
With that sad look upon your face
I should have changed that stupid lock
I should have made you leave your key
If I had known for just one second
You'd be back to bother me
Go on now go walk out the door
Just turn around now
'cause you're not welcome anymore
Weren't you the one who tried to hurt me with goodbye
Did you think I'd crumble
Did you think I'd lay down and die
Oh no, not I
I will survive
Oh as long as i know how to love
I know I will stay alive
I've got all my life to live
I've got all my love to give
And I'll survive
I will survive (hey-hey)
It took all the strength I had
Not to fall apart
Kept trying hard to mend
The pieces of my broken heart
And I spent oh so many nights
Just feeling sorry for myself
I used to cry
But now I hold my head up high
And you see me
Somebody new
I'm not that chained up little person
Still in love with you
And so you felt like dropping in
And just expect me to be free
And now I'm saving all my loving
For someone who's loving me
Go on now go walk out the door
Just turn around now
'cause you're not welcome anymore
Weren't you the one who tried to break me with goodbye
Did you think I'd crumble
Did you think I'd lay down and die
Oh no, not I
I will survive
Oh as long as i know how to love
I know I will stay alive
I've got all my life to live
I've got all my love to give
And I'll survive
I will survive"
And as the music faded out, she raised one arm and yelled, "WOOOOOOO!" because of course she did.
Re: Stage
Because why not?
"Another!"
That's why.

Re: Bar
She was at the bar, drinking from a light-up shot glass, which earned a "WOOOO!" Somewhere along the line she'd acquired a cowboy hat. Where had she acquired it? Who knew, but it was safe to say it had gotten a "WOOOOO!"
The only thing that could make tonight better was people to drink with. Woooo!

And just side-eye her with a lightly amused look on his face. "So what d'you think, Kitty? Fandom thing or a really good Tuesday night?"

He'd gone in on autopilot and gotten his drink. Yes.
And now he was sitting here. Laughing. Not loudly - he wasn't that bad - but softly to himself.
Re: Bar
"Wooo, shots!" she greeted him.
This would be a theme.

April didn't even bother to nod in Sia's direction. Instead, she felt it was obvious to whom she was referring when she settled on a bar stool and asked, "Can I murder her?"

Excuse her if she got herself something non-alcoholic to drink before going to talk to Sia first, though. It seemed like having something in hand would be a good idea.
Re: Bar
Besides, a little schadenfreude (okay, a lot of it) never hurt, and watching other people make fools of themselves in public made her feel a little better about her life, at least temporarily.
She was kind of a terrible person.
