Community center- Thursday night around 9 EST

Kitty wasn't the kind of person who'd anticipate a really horrible movie, or mark it on her calendar or anything, but she was the kind of person who would just put up posters to direct people to the community center to watch it together once she found out it existed.

There'd been class and a dragon visit, so there wasn't much besides a large TV set up for viewing and some moddable snacks, but there was a movie about a tornado of sharks, what else did you really need?

Jaye totally had Sharknado on her calendar. But she wasn't going to put any work into actually watching it, so if someone else did that...

She was going to get herself a drink and find a good seat for the proceedings. There would be no sitting behind someone and obscuring her view here.

Pinkie had no idea what a sharknado was, but she knew a party when she saw one, and you'd better believe she was there to enjoy it.

Atton had absolutely no idea what was going on, but then he hadn't with the previous movie screened on the island either. He didn't care. There were free snacks and a stupid movie.

So he'd veg out on a seat and stare at the TV while snacking. Mmm.

This? This right here was exactly what Mike needed after the crazy busy week he'd had. So he was in a brilliant mood as he showed up. With beers, of course. And some extra snacks.

Least he could do.

Curiosity had Allie turning up once she'd woken for the day. In all her time in Fandom, she hadn't discovered the wonder that was bad SyFy movies.

Tonight was going to be an experience.

Weep for her lost innocence.

"Allie!" Mike greeted her with an easy grin and a little wave of his beer-free hand. "Drawn in by the lure of the sharknado?"

It was extremely small. Los Angeles, it was not.

Blame Tony for Stephanie's love of terrible movies.

Okay, that wasn't entirely fair; she already had a certain affinity for the uber-cheesy, and he'd just helped cultivate it. It didn't matter where the blame lay, anyway, because hello, terrible movie!

She helped herself to popcorn -- come on, what else did you have at times like these? -- and found a nice comfortable place to sprawl.

"Oooo, do we have any wine to go with all this cheese?"

A pause.

"For those of us old enough to have it, that is. An us that doesn't include me."

It was definitely a sign that Clint was in love that he was willing to sit through this terrible movie, and he was a guy who liked some pretty cheesy films. Thankfully, there was also food involved, and he was just barely resisting taking an entire bag of chips for himself.

Of course Nikolai had seen the posters, and, having nothing really better to do with himself, and still not actually knowing many people in town, he'd decided that he might as well make an evening out of it. Best-case scenario, he'd get to watch a terrible movie, throw popcorn at the television if the movie was awful enough, and maybe meet a few people.

Worst-case scenario, he wasn't going to let himself think about. It was enough that he was sticking around this island at all, wasn't it?
