The Devil's Nest, Tuesday Night
It was Tuesday, and the Devil was done sleeping off the weekend. It had been an inspiring one, especially near the end, as one could tell by the music flowing from his piano right now.

Lucifer sighed, rolled his eyes to the ceiling, and answered, "That he was feeling I was either coercing or manipulating the both of you into sexually charged situations against what you would otherwise want to be doing with yourselves." Beat. "Which I have absolutely zero interest in doing."

Maybe it was just how exhausting her weekend had been, but this was all starting to seem... very stupid, to her.

Turned out she didn't enjoy it any better now than she had when she'd been younger. "I'm your friend, Lucifer," she said, the neutral tone fraying a little bit, now. Not quite snapping, but...
