Three Minute Dates- Caritas- Saturday before 8:15 pm

There was a sign posted on the front door tonight.

THREE MINUTE DATES

There were drinks! There was a Tino behind the bar to serve and sign people up with or without their knowledge! Take advantage of these things! Definitely don't have a bad feeling over why there's a love potion in the HVAC system above the lounge area! (Because you don't know about it.)

And then juuuust before 8:00, the zombie drummer did a drumroll, at which point Kitty took the stage. "Hello, everyone! And welcome to Three Minute Dates! Some of you have been here before, so for those of you who are new, here's how this goes: there are five rounds. You get paired with random people and have to talk to them for five minutes. When you hear a bell-" Or whatever you modded. "-then it's on to the next date. If there's anyone you click with and want to see later, the bar will be open for drinks afterwars, so maybe buy someone one. Remember that physical violence will get you transported out of the bar. Oh, and hopefully you signed up for this because if you didn't... possibly surprise!"

And then... ding!


[Three minutes = ten comments total, five per person. Feel free to go a little over but don't get carried away. You have other dates to get to! A regular bar post will go up later, and you can absolutely finish things up on Sunday!

An asterisk* next to a name denotes that that person definitely got hit with love potion in that specific round. You can also mod it whenever you'd like during the dates. This does not apply to the bar.

Illyana blinked at the wistfulness and pride in Freya's voice. "It sounds lovely," she admitted. "I lived in a place with very little rain for many years, just extremes in weather; blazing sun or fierce winters. Nothing in between."

"This place has very little rain for me," Freya admitted with a faint smile, a twtich of her tail, "and I've been to places that get even less, but I can't imagine actually living there for long. I perhaps should get used to it, though; I don't think I'll have the chance to truly get home for a while now."

"Just wait, a few more weeks and we'll be in fall, which can be wet," Illyana replied. "Though I suppose I shouldn't expect the weather in Fandom to be the same as the rest of the East Coast."

"Only in some of the highest mountains during some of my travels," Freya admitted. "Is there much of it here?"

"At least four months of it, usually," she said, looking Freya over. "...are you gonna need winter gear? We can probably find you some."

Illyana didn't assume this was Freya's primary form, or even if it was, that the fur provided enough warmth to withstand prolonged cold.

But the bell was ringing, so Illyana stood up regretfully. "Nice to actually talk to you, Freya, see you around."
