Well, Jane had been busy back home for a little bit there, but was raring to go at the bar again.

Much to Tino's obvious dismay.

"Why would I have quit?" Jane asked, frowning at where Tino was sullenly wiping down part of the bar top away from her. "And it was a vacation week in there too, you know."

Not that she'd gone, but. Still.

Ignoring him, she straightened the sign directing people to where the Purim party was in the back room instead.

"Detective Watts, good to see you. It's been a while," Connor said with a nod. "And I am feeling totally under-dressed for this whole party thing," he added with a grin. Sadly his wardrobe pretty much consisted of 'different flavors of geeky-nerd' so... he was a little limited with his options.

"As I understand it the costumes are optional," Watts assured him. He'd had a bit more advance notice than most of the rest of the partygoers, and so there had been time for Steven to find him something appropriate costume-wise. Otherwise he would've been in much the same boat as Connor. Well, metaphorically, since his own wardrobe leaned more towards 'Edwardian dandy' than 'geeky nerd'.

"You look just fine, in my opinion."

"Thanks mate, why mess with a style that works right?" he said with a laugh. "Though you get major props for the costume, you and Steven both!"
