Party at the Echolls house (After dark)

Logan's house hasn't managed to aquire much clutter in the few days he's been living there, but there is half of a surfboard on the back deck. (It looks as though something bit it in half, and Logan himself has a bit of a limp, but he's not volunteering any explanations.)

The house is stocked and ready to go. The tiki torches have all been lit. Condoms are discreetly stashed in drawers all over the house, the liquor cabinet has been unlocked (though the really good stuff is hidden in Logan's room), and the kitchen has been filled with food and drink mixables.

The only room locked up is the utility room - one of the roommates has an important project stashed in there.

Logan's heated up the grill, taste-tested some of the alcohol, and now he's in the living room playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Radek walks out of the utility room, locking it behind himself. His hair sticks up in all directions and he is dressed in worn coveralls, covered in grease and smelling vaguely of vodka. He wanders out to the living room, wiping his hands on his pants.

"Is almost finished. By next party, perhaps." He blinks. "Well, erm, as long as next party is not tomorrow."

Jake eyes him suspiciously. "Are you ever going to tell me what you're doing in there, or am I just going to have to wait until it goes boom?"

Jubilee bounds into the house, waving hello to everybody. "Hey, what's up with the music?" she says, plopping down next to Logan and taking some chips from a bowl on the coffee table.

John walks into the party and hopes to see somebody he knows. Luckily, he's managed to get Pumpkin to stay back at the dorm with some bottles of hair gel, which seems to be the only thing it eats.

Frowning, John heads off to get himself a beer.
