Caritas, Wednesday Evening

Jarod whistled as he opened the bar, to the point where the zombies were elbowing each other in a knowing fashion and Tino kept hoping for some good gossip, which he wouldn't get. When it was quiet, Jarod once again worked on his laptop, closing it when he sensed anyone coming close enough to read the screen.

"You didn't hear?" Lana looked shocked. "I'm sorry. I thought everyone knew. Dr. Wilson was attacked and seriously hurt. He's in a coma and..." She shook her head. "Poor Mr. Aziraphale is a wreck."

Lana smiled at him. "All the stuff I've been telling Mr. Aziraphale. And very true. Thank you for reminding me."

She smiled at him and reached out to touch him gently on the arm in thanks. "I'd better go," she said quietly. "I need to go spend a little time with Jim before I head over to the clinic again. Take care and I'll see you soon."
