Caritas, Wednesday Evening

Jarod whistled as he opened the bar, to the point where the zombies were elbowing each other in a knowing fashion and Tino kept hoping for some good gossip, which he wouldn't get. When it was quiet, Jarod once again worked on his laptop, closing it when he sensed anyone coming close enough to read the screen.

A sign was posted on the door:

WELCOME TO FANDOM, NEW STUDENTS AND TEACHERS!

"Sure," he nodded, "Sweetened or unsweetened, and would you like lemon with that?"

Jarod poured the drink and set it in front of Geordi on a cocktail napkin. "So, are you a teacher up at the school?"

Geordi drank a bit of his drink before replying, "I'll be teaching engineering this semester,"

"Engineering?" Jarod perked up with interest. "What about it?"

"I'll be covering the basics of engineering and I've chosen specific disciplines to go in more depth with," Geordi replied.
