Caritas, Monday Evening [OPEN]

Jarod was quiet as he opened the bar and taped the zombies (the drummer wanted to try something new and asked to be taped to the stool and drumsticks), then settled back behind the bar to continue trying to hack Parker's laptop for the information about where she'd gone the day before.

If he looked like he hadn't slept in over twenty-four hours, well, it was because he hadn't.

"No, I haven't," Just for fun, Rose said, "I think the mountie knows you have a crush on him."

"I flailed internally, and even a little externally as my arms totally moved. 'I do not have a crush on the Hot Mountie!' I said, which was true, and I could just think he was hot and there was nothing wrong with that."

"You sure?" She said, eyes twinkling, the effort to keep a straight face was takin' it's toll, "I mean, with all your thoughts laid bare like this, hard to keep what you're sayin' unchecked."
