So far, so good. Nothing had exploded, no one was a beaver, and there was not a single ice rink to be seen. Maple syrup was absent, was any other unfortunate substance. No one tasted like anything specific--

This might in fact be a production without something going wrong, though Geoffrey wouldn't even quite think the thought for fear of jinxing it.

Fiona stopped by and got a pair of tickets. She was still sort of... well, suffice to say that yesterday night hadn't solved her problems, but she was much better. She even gave Geoffrey a smile.

Jack was a bit nervous, and he didn't understand why; he had the part nailed, he knew his lines. Maybe it was the four cups of coffee he'd had.

Priestly totally wasn't hiding from anybody. He was just . . . preoccupied with his usual platter of sandwiches and getting ready for the play.

If that speech he was muttering to himself sounded more like 'how to let someone down easy' than Shakespeare, well. That was no big thing, right?

Harper was waiting for her garment steamer to warm up so she could steam the wrinkles out of costumes, which meant those who hadn't gotten there before she arrived would have to wait for their costumes.

Unless they managed to get around her somehow. She was easily distractable.

After her little detour to the Arms, Emma was backstage, fixing her hair and make-up for the final show.

She'd done what she could. Now she had a play to focus on.

Castiel might not know much about love -- or being courted -- or whatever this whole deal with Drake was, but he knew he couldn't let it keep him from his duties.

So here he was, backstage, managing props and making sure the nothing landed on anybody that wasn't supposed to.

Gabrielle spent a ridiculous amount of time getting ready -- not because she needed it, but because casting mooning looks around the theater in search of Karla every half a minute really slowed her down a lot.

But it was worth it. IT WAS WORTH IT.

Sophie had noticed the rather, ahem, increased energy of the cast, and was putting it down to last-night-high, as well as a certain amount of inevitable transference. She shook her head, saying softly, "All the world's a stage," as she outline her eyes.

Kate's performance was pretty much the same as it had been on opening night and on Tuesday this week.

The precision of the movements, the attitude, the energy was all there again. She didn't let the general weirdness in the air affect her performance. She was a professional like that.

And she was sad this was all going to be over after tonight. It just made her focus more.

Outside the Theatre

Kate was hanging out outside the theatre for a moment or two before she'd leave to go to the movies, in case anyone wanted to talk to her.

She was totally beaming.

And missing her family like crazy. She'd been promised M.O.T.s once she got home, but it just wasn't the same.
