It was a new day and there was no better way to start a new day than with the continuation of the carnival. There was still snow coating the ground but the atmosphere was as lively as ever. With cream-colored decorations and twinkling lights, the Student Council had aimed for a winter wonderland kind of theme, and the snow simply added to the effect. Thankfully, the day was turning out to be warmer, so those who were going to be outside all day wouldn't freeze. Once the finishing touches were done, the carnival was open for business.

Yes, Kate was here again, although likely to wander off more times than she had yesterday. There was a lot to do and see at the carnival, and she didn't want to miss out on everything just because she had a business to run.

Still, she was around a lot, with a cheerful smile on her face.

Bod hadn't made it over to these booths yesterday but today, he was there. And when he spotted someone familiar (he remembered her flirting advertisement from yesterday, of course) he made his way over.

"Hullo, Kate," he said easily, hands in his pockets. "It's good to see you again."

Really, Jacob had nothing better to do today and well... Yesterday had been fun. Lots of fun. Plus, it was for a good cause. See? All good reasons for Jacob to be back behind his booth again.

After Anakin's threat and listening to the radio last night, Bel had to go investigate the kissing booths today. Now that he was no longer splattered with Force-chucked hot fudge. He wasn't sure what Leia looked like, but a brunette with long hair wasn't hard to spot, so he headed over to her booth and said, "Hey, you must be one of the new students this year. I'm Belthazor, class of '07."

Dunk Tanks [WC 01/31] - Kennedy

Kennedy had not signed up for this, and in fact couldn't even blame her Watcher for it either. (Had this been a Constance thing, she'd have been sitting there getting pies tossed at her instead.) She was also not sorry she hadn't gotten signed up for a kissing booth, and a little amazed at her lack of regret there.

But whatever. All of that was irrelevant in light of her sitting on the little dunk tank ledge, all casual and nonchalant and no really I am totally here because I meant to be to the best of her ability.

...she'd look good covered in hot fudge, dammit.

'Dite tossed the ball up in the air, not just far enough that she could still catch it as it came down. "And I know how much you like chocolate."

Gabrielle was perfectly resigned to this today, although wishing she could throw a pie or two back at people. And completely oblivious to the fact that she was accidentally discovering pie-throwing fights several years before (and several thousand years after) she was going to accidentally help invent them.

Besides, look at that face, all innocent and slightly pouty and hopeful. Isn't that just the kind of face you want to throw a cream pie at?
