Momoko laughed. "Good for the city, bad for the hero? We still have them, just they seem a lot different from when I was younger." She shook her head, grinning. "What about you? How's New Gotham crime, besides trying to toss you off of bridges and stuff?"

"Poison Ivy's been lying low; otherwise, things have been fairly quiet. We've been trying to track down and arrest a hacker that's pissing off Barbara, but it's trickier than most physical crime, you know?" Dinah grimaced. "And I need to figure out a way to get Kyle used to the idea that I'm going back into this again. He's been scared for me."

That... was troublesome. And Momoko's face probably reflected her worry. "You did have a really bad fall. I can understand that he's upset. Is he... Is he asking you to stop?" Momoko really hoped not.

"No. He just keeps saying he doesn't understand it. And that I'm going to get hurt again." She blew out a breath. "Hopefully he'll chill out when I don't, you know? He's known more than six months now. This is just the first bad time I got hurt. He'll realize it doesn't happen that often."
