The Photo Hut; Tuesday [12/17].

Prompto was pretty locked in and focused on his work at the Photo Hut that day, having gotten some last-minute jobs from a handful of people who seemed to realize all too late that it was almost Christmas and that they'd forgotten to get their holiday photos out. Like, he knew that he was pretty terrible at time management, but, man! He couldn't help shaking his head a little as he worked on edits and uploads and emails while finishing up, because this felt like cutting it pretty close even by his standards!

Still, he liked the urgency of last-minute jobs. It helped him keep focused and on task when he had a ticking clock over his head. And he also had some nice hot chocolate with peppermint in it, and nothing too weird or distracting seemed to be happening on the island, so, overall, he was hoping on having a nice productive day!

Plus, one of his clients had just wanted a bunch of Christmas photos of their pets, and so you just know which job had been his favorite one last week!

The Photo Hut is open!

Luke's Diner; Tuesday [12/17].

Ignis had gotten rather used to coming into work on Tuesdays and occasionally finding a random abundance of a specific ingredient for no particular reason, but he was pretty sure this was the first time he'd come in to find that situation had been extended to include equipment.

"What do you mean," he murmured, as his roaming hands confirmed what he was being told, "we just have a ton of waffle irons?"

For the briefest moment, especially with the dire way in which Greg had broken the news to him, Ignis worried that all the equipment had become waffle irons, but, no, thankfully, they were still perfectly well equipped with everything else, there was just an excess of waffle irons that did a rather good job of cluttering up his space, which was almost as annoying.

Still, though, he sighed, willed the coffee to brew a little bit faster, and said, "Yes, yes, of course we'll at least put them to good use."

Atlas Gym; Tuesday [12/17].

Gladio was squinting a little at the weight area, where a bunch of gremlins in sweatbands and legwarmers were lifting weights with....yup. Yup. He was pretty sure those were fruitcakes. And once he did notice that fact, he had to go over and see for himself just how effective those fruitcakes might have been.

Granted, he was a lot stronger than your average scrawny gremlin, but even he had to admit, for a cake? Those festive bricks were dense. Probably not anything he'd consider working into the regular equipment, but honestly, for the season? He'd allow it.

He'd just make sure to send someone to clean up the area after they were done; you'd probably need a chisel to break off any crumbs from those things, but still, he didn't want to be wrong and end up with ants all over the place next week or something.

Atlas is open!

Streets of Fandom - Tuesday Morning

You know, there are plenty of strange events happening on the island already.

“I am NOT dragging you around the entire island. We both know you can walk. Just WALK already!”

So Dean dragging a chair around with a dog leash should barely make the top ten.

“I friggin hate you.”

Now him arguing with a chair might change that ranking.

Caritas- Tuesday

Kitty was spending today making sure the bar was nicely decorated for the holidays, including the tree back in the back room, and also getting the posters up to advertise the New Year's Eve party since next week was maybe the weirdest week of the year in terms of things like time and energy.

Tino meanwhile had probably managed to get a belighted rickshaw to wait outside in case anyone might need a colorful low tech Uber home, and Kitty was just going to let him have this accomplishment.

Tuesday: Plant Parenthood

Nell was rather giggly today. Even though she definitely didn't need to, she'd taken a rickshaw ride from the house to the gym and back again before work. She just couldn't resist! They looked so pretty with all the lights. She might have to make an excuse to go out again. Tonight. After dark.

Wouldn't they be pretty then?

In the meantime, Plant Parenthood was open!

Tuesday: Groovy Tunes

If you couldn't beat them, join them.

Charlie spent her time playing along with the Christmas music that the stereo system could not be dissuaded from playing.

Needful Things, Tuesday

Remy had spent the week making plans, and was now making use of what office supplies he could find in the store to make said plans a reality.

By cobbling together a flier. Like he was in high school or something.

Seriously, there were, like, glue sticks involved.

If you actually wanted to buy things, well. Have a sale on chatelaines.
