Jaye was actually at work, and there early for once, which shocked the hell out of Tino. But see, she got to host tonight, and she was actually excited for it. She'd even brought popcorn to watch. Maybe someone could get slapped in three minutes and the slapper would end up in the pond. When people arrived, there was even a sign on the door.

When everyone had gotten there, Jaye took the stage, mic in hand. "Hey there, so you should all know how this goes by now, as we've had way too many for you to be clueless. Unless you're new. In which case, ha ha, suckers. So, dating sucks, so we get you through the process really really quickly. Now you can find out within three minutes that the person you're talking to is not the one you want to spend even four minutes more with.

"Here's how it goes: I call your name, and someone else's. You get together. You talk for three minutes, get to know each other, and then you'll hear this," she said, pulling an airhorn from behind her back to sound it. "Then I'll call your name with someone else's and you switch. You'll hear this sound," she said, blowing the horn again just because she could, "five times total. Any ques- good. Enjoy!"

[Three minutes = ten comments, which means each person gets five comments in a thread. You don't have to do these chronologically, but try not to Joss yourself. Slowplay is totally fine omg.

Amber made it to round five. She was totally pleased with herself.

Andros had also made it through to round five, rather glad that this was almost over.

"Hello," he said to Amber as sat down.

"Hi!" she said cheerfully. "Final date, how're you feeling."

"Pretty good," he said, which was the truth, mostly because it was nearly finished, "I wasn't expecting to end up doing this again,"

"It's kind of fun though, right? I mean, meetin' people and stuff. I bet some people actually make real dates from this."

Andros hadn't really thought of it in that way before, "I suppose it is," he said.

"So far, for my last date, you seem really nice and that's great. Have we met before? I can't remember, but we should totally hang out sometime. Go for pizza or somethin'." Amber was really trying to control her Minnesota drawl, but it slipped out more often than not.

"I'm not sure if we have or not, I'm called Andros," Andros said, "but we could go for pizza sometime if you wanted to,"

"Just an easy way to get to know someone better, right? Do you like pizza? It totally doesn't have to be pizza..."

"I don't actually mind pizza," Andros said, "I haven't had a lot of it though,"

"Cool. We'll get a big one with extra pepperon!" she grinned. Amber was always mostly cheerful. It could get daunting for some people.

Andros nodded, rather amazed that someone could actually be that cheerful, he was going to be surprised when he met up with Ashley when he eventually got caught up with his canon, "that sounds okay," he said.

"Great! And now our time is up. I'm in the directory; feel free to call me, okay? We'll hang out."

Andros nodded, "sure," he said.
