The Beach: Ramona and Kate's I'm-Not-Going-To-College College Party [Thursday evening]
Ramona didn't do it often, but girl knew how to throw a party. Granted, at the age of seventeen, she hadn't been to a ton of college parties, but she'd been to enough to emulate them effectively.
She'd gotten to the beach early enough to set up a couple beer pong tables, along with one for flip cup. There were several kegs of (really, really cheap -- might as well go for the full college draw here) beer, and nearby those, she'd placed an assortment of liquors and mixers. There was no bartender or anything for this party -- not only to fit with the theme, but also because Ramona was cheap and practical. See also the traditional red party cups she'd gotten for their drinks!
There were, however, tiki torches and a bonfire, and she'd sprung for festive little umbrellas to go in the drinks. Ramona hadn't really wanted to go totally tropical for this thing, but she'd dressed relatively beachy for her -- she was wearing a sundress, at least, over her swimsuit, and she had a little white flower in her blue hair.
She was determined to make sure Kate didn't miss any of that vital college experience. Because clearly, this was the important stuff.
[up early for sp and to accommodate time zones since SOME people live in like the north pole or whatever! all students (except topher) are welcome!]

Re: Arrive/Mingle!
This was why Ramona didn't think when she was making out, or drunk, but especially not while both.
She vaguely heard Nathan, but only because he was fucking loud, but she wasn't processing it. She was way more absorbed in kissing Kate.
Bi-curious probably wasn't the term anymore. Probably ought to just nix the 'curious' part, since she was firmly on the team of girls being just as fun.
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
Which was probably why it was taking so damn long for Nathan's voice to register. It was doing it, just slowly.
The alcohol may have been a factor too.
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
But even if alcohol was a factor, she did sort of remember they were at a party and as much as she'd like to drag Kate off to a corner or something (...even if they were on a beach, where there were no corners, shhh), Ramona needed to have restraint. Particularly because there were boyfriends involved. Well. One boyfriend, and one commitment-phobic jackass.
So she pulled back, bumping her nose against Kate's a little as she did so, and murmured, "And we can check that off the list."
And that was when she heard the little clicky noise, and her glance slid sideways to Nathan and his phone. "Cut it out, asshole."
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
And then she grasped they'd had an audience. Her eyes widened and all she could think to do was to cover her mouth with her hand as she giggled a bit, drunkenly.

Re: Arrive/Mingle!
She made a slightly uncoordinated gesture in Bod's general direction. Yes, she should probably going to check him for signs of stroke or something.

Re: Arrive/Mingle!
It seemed like a good time to bounce over to Bod.
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
He blinked at her and his tongue felt heavy. Yes, he was still speechless. And still staring.
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
"Hi," she breathed.
They were quite the pair.
Re: Arrive/Mingle!
"Um." He blinked owlishly. "Hi. Hullo."

It hadn't.

For one, once sober, she probably wasn't going to laugh at her word choice as much.

Possibly dirty.
