The music is playing, the glitter is everywhere and outside the tent, the gondoliers are occasionally bursting into song.

Prom 2007 continues!

Alanna turned around and gave him a light kiss. "Best boyfriend ever!"

Charlie kissed her back, then gave her a light push. "Go on!"

When she was gone, Kawalsky turned to Crichton. "No one loves us."

"Dude, devastation!" John made a show of stomping around. "It's because we're Stickbugs."

"Prejudice against Stickbugs!" Kawalsky actually thought it was because of the kilt, and wondered if he should have worn a kilt, but quickly dismissed the idea with a mental scowl and a quick mental note to look into kilts tomorrow. "Oh well. We'll always have each other." He sniffled dramatically. "Want to dance?"

"Oh, Charlie!" John put both hands to his chest and swooned. "I thought you'd never ask!"

Kawalsky grabbed Crichton's hand and twirled him. "Shall we tango?" He was doing his best not to laugh.

And that's when John produced a rose from nowhere. "Tango it is," he said before sticking the rose in his mouth and holding his hands out to Kawalsky.

Okay, that time he couldn't resist a snort. The rose did it. He took Crichton's hands and stepped into dance position. They started to tango. With GUSTO.

GUSTO was right. Seriously, he'd seen people tango on television so he was mimicking exactly what he remembered without stepping on Kawalsky's feet.

"Take the rose!" John challenged from...around the rose in his mouth.

"Gimme my hand back! I'm not taking it with my mouth! You might try to kiss me or something."

Peter couldn't help but join his Stickbug Brothers in their celebratory losers' TANGO WITH GUSTO.

"Stickbug brother! Tango like you've never tangoed before!"

John grabbed the rose from his mouth and gave it to Kawalsky. "Your turn with the rose!"

And then he grinned at Peter. "Hi Peter! We're losers!"

"But we're Stickbugs!" Peter replied, grinning back at them. "We can never be losers!"

"MIGHTY MIGHTY STICKBUGS!" John declared. "Kawalsky, wanna be dipped?"

"Dip me, Care Bear!"

And so John did, dipping Kawalsky nearly to the floor and showing everyone who'd voted against them just what they were missing.

Peter tangoed around the dipping pair, showing off his MAD TANGOING SKILLZ.

The dip was fine until Kawalsky burst out laughing and lost his grip on Crichton. He hit the floor laughing.

"Stickbug down!" John cried out melodramatically. "Stickbug down!"

"Don't just stand there yelling, help a Stickbug up!"

Peter slid onto the dance floor in front of CHarlie and held out a hand. "Need help, fellow Stickbug?"

Kawalsky grabbed the hand and hauled himself up. "Thank you, Princess Stickbug. Nice mask."

"Almost a complete set," John said. And John started randomly spinning around.

"Well, we won't get the full set," Greg noted as wandered over. "And there're too many to tango now."

So he started to do the electric slide.
