Parker nodded, wanting and not wanting to ask about Marty. "Are you thinking of coming back for Homecoming in October?" seemed safer.

"I'm pretty sure I will, yeah. I'll be spending September in L.A. with Zero, so there's no reason not to come back whenever they hold Homecoming." She looked amused. "Now that we actually have a large enough class to 'come home' with. Do you think you'll ever be able to visit me in England, maybe?"

Angela shrugged. "I don't know," she said. "Time travel makes things weird. But I am going to get Bridge or that shop in town to rig a phone for me, anyhow."

Parker winced, reminded that what applied to Angela and Marty applied to, well, Angela and everyone else too. "However it works out, you're welcome there. Just so you know." She smiled slightly, then said, "A month to pack in everything we want to get done. I'm not sure I'll manage it."
