The Park, Saturday Night (Prom Part 2)

The music is playing, the glitter is everywhere and outside the tent, the gondoliers are occasionally bursting into song.

Prom 2007 continues!

Tori laughed and nodded. "I would love to." She smiled brightly, accepting his arm.

John puts a hand on the small of her back and leads her slowly in the classic Step And Sway waltz ~~totally letting tori!mun mod how much space is between 'em~~, smiling back at her. "Can't believe it's Prom already," he says.

Tori smiled, happy to be dancing close with John. "I can't believe it either. Time certainly has flown." She admitted, slightly sad about that.

Dating a nun or not, John's a flirt, and Tori is very cute. He'd almost be inclined to dip her, even, if he knew it'd work out and she wouldn't freak out a bit. "Time's not left the nest yet," he said. "Still got a bit left. And we should make the most of it." He smiled, hoping that it would be infectious.

Tori wouldn't freak out if she was dipped, not one bit. "You're right." She smiled. "Making the most of it sounds like a great plan."

"Excellent!" he said, as he dipped her with a smile. "Putting plan into action, then."

Tori grinned, enjoying herself immensely. She laughed when she was dipped. "Exactly."

"Gotta do the beach thing. Maybe have a barbeque at Sparky's or something. Gotta use up all the bubblebath stuff up in the dorm. There's so much to do!" he said. "So I gotta get to gettin'."

Must crash. Can mod the end of the dance (with more dipping action!) or SP tomorrow

"Oh, you have a busy schedule ahead of you." Tori smiled. "I'm looking forward to another beach gathering."

[OOC: Night! SP sounds great.]

"Awesome. Couldn't have one without you. Gotta have great buns!" He grinned. "And maybe bring a Frisbee or something, too."

"Glad to hear that." Tori laughed. "Oh, definitely. Frisbee sounds fun."

"Awesome!" he smiled. "We'll have to find a day this week, I swear. It'll be a blast!"

"Yep, and hopefully the weather will hold out."

"Oh, it will. Bikini weather, even," he teased.

Tori grinned. "Oh really?"

"Of course! Gotta have bikinis at a beach bonfire thing!" Idiot!Grin!d

"Oh, right. Of course." Tori laughed, noting the obvious logic.

John laughed with her. She had a nice laugh.

Definitely needed to have a beach thing. Yep. He sighs, almost wishing to put his head against hers. He'll miss this place.

Tori smiled warmly at John, enjoying his company. She always had fun with him.

A beach get together was definitely a must have. She noticed the sigh and wondered what it was for. "You okay?" She'd miss Fandom too.

"I... I'm gonna miss Fandom. This place. People. I'm... not okay." He's not crying, really, just... kinda getting sad. "An' I don't know why it's hittin' me so hard."

Tori nodded, smiling ruefully. She understood completely. "Yeah, I know what you mean. I feel the same way." She admitted. "It's going to be weird not seeing everyone."

"I'm thinking we need copious amounts of alcohol at the beach thing. And possibly tissues. Lots of shoulders."

"All three would be good." Tori admitted, with a small smile.

"I think I'm gonna need all three. Lots of booze, and then a shoulder or two to cry on with tissues. POssibly bikini clad shoulders," he says, his eyes closed and his head leaned forward as if he wanted to rest his head on something and not remember.

Tori nodded. "Sounds like a plan, then." She smiled softly. If he wanted to rest his head on her shoulder or something, it would be fine.
