Valentine's Dance; Town Hall; Friday Evening [8 pm - 10 pm]

Arrivals to town hall would notice that the Student Council took a darker approach to the decorations this year. The colors of the streamers, balloons and table cloths were in shades of dark red and black. Instead of cut outs of hearts and pictures of cupid, there were broken mirrors hanging on the walls, open umbrellas scattered about the room, fake cobwebs on the wall and glittery cut outs of the number "13" hung everywhere.

You even had to walk under a huge ladder in order to get into the dance.

Sure, they were tempting fate by having a Friday the 13th themed dance but this was Fandom. What's the worst that could happen?

[Wait for the OCD or so help me...I'll hurt you is here! Up early because Natalie said so and to get the most out of play. Second part to go up later on tonight (tomorrow?) to save browsers and to spike punch]

Chuck reached out to take Hannibal's tie into his hand and tug at it a little playfully. "You better. You've been teasing me about it enough."

"Well, you got injured or I would have let you do it last time," he said, sliding forward with the tugging.

"And here I was thinking you were saying that just to get me all hot and bothered," Chuck said, leaning in closer to him.

"Well, I was," he said and smirked smugly, "but that doesn't mean I wouldn't let you do it to me."

"That's very good to know," Chuck murmured before leaning in to kiss him.

Lightly. They were in public, after all.

"Just have to catch me in a giving mood," he said, returning the kiss just as lightly.

Public and all, yes.

Chuck only kissed him for a couple moments before pulling back slightly. He took a second to adjust Hannibal's tie, probably lingering longer than he had to.

God, he loved suits.

"You should find me next time you're in a giving mood," Chuck said.

"I will," Chuck said, leaning up to kiss him one more time before letting go of his tie.

What? He's been being teased for the last ten minutes, he was allowed to get a few kisses in. It was not girly. Shut up.
