Valentine's Dance; Town Hall; Friday Evening [8 pm - 10 pm]

Arrivals to town hall would notice that the Student Council took a darker approach to the decorations this year. The colors of the streamers, balloons and table cloths were in shades of dark red and black. Instead of cut outs of hearts and pictures of cupid, there were broken mirrors hanging on the walls, open umbrellas scattered about the room, fake cobwebs on the wall and glittery cut outs of the number "13" hung everywhere.

You even had to walk under a huge ladder in order to get into the dance.

Sure, they were tempting fate by having a Friday the 13th themed dance but this was Fandom. What's the worst that could happen?

[Wait for the OCD or so help me...I'll hurt you is here! Up early because Natalie said so and to get the most out of play. Second part to go up later on tonight (tomorrow?) to save browsers and to spike punch]

"Apparently they can write notes in English." Dinah held up her hands. "I don't know for sure! It makes no sense to me at all. Maybe the Radio DJ's could explain it? They talk to the squirrels, sometimes." She imagined trying to talk to Arthur about that. "Yeah. I have no idea."

"Strange," Firekeeper shook her head. "Squirrels is great gossips, this is no surprise, but that they can write..."

Dinah blinked, then readjusted her thinking a little. "Do you know Royal Squirrels, the way Blind Seer is a Royal Wolf?"

Firekeeper shook her head. "Royal Beasts is mostly larger kind. Wolf, elk, bear, jaguar, horse, falcon..." she listed.

"Ohhh. Oh, that would be cool, to be a falcon." Dinah grinned. "Flyyyying. Then I think the squirrels are a Fandom thing. Like the gremlins and the teal dear I hear about."

"Okay. I need to get out in the woods more," Dinah laughed. "I want to see this! And those deer, too, come to think of it."

"I seed them sometimes," Firekeeper said. "But they not like me much." Whether it was because she was a wolf or because she didn't talk that much was up for debate. Possibly, it was both.

Little did either of them know the possible power of Dinah-bibble in that respect.

"We should do that sometime," Dinah realized. "I'll show you the radios, you show me the woods. Deal?"
